“I booked this hotel through Priceline without the nice people at Holiday Inn I would not have known what bed configuration we had I called Holiday Inn they told me that they would take care of the bed situation (needed 2 queen beds) they were helpful and when I arrived the staff exceeded my expectations throughout my stay.”

• This hotel was very clean!
• The parking was a bit tight in their lot.

“I was very pleased with how clean this hotel was. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. It would be a perfect hotel if you are in Spokane for an event at the Arena.”

“We were visiting family in Spokane. The hotel had clean, comfortable rooms; friendly, helpful staff; a close-in convenient location; great parking and a really great hot breakfast that made mornings relaxed and easy. With our five-year-old in tow, the convenient breakfast was a lifesaver.”

• Easy to find, central location.
• Not quite enough parking spots on busy nights; breakfast was pretty standard-nothing outstanding.

“We were overall pleased with our experience at this hotel. It was clean, attractively decorated, quiet and the staff helpful. I'd stay here again.”

• Clean, air conditioned, comfortable.
• Not enough plugs!

“The hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay. The only drawback was there was little to no seating for the continental breakfast downstairs. Also, the room had minimal plugs but I would stay here again for the value.”

• We chose your accommodations were just as good now as last time we used it. Very nice location.
• Cannot think of anything off hand.

“We like the location. The price is a bit high for our budget, but the service, etc. makes up for it. Everyone seems most helpful and willing to please and make sure all needs are met. Thanks for the good work and staff!”

• The location, the staff was great, and the rooms were excellent.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This hotel is great for travelers or just for a get away. It is located close to restaurants, shopping and to other attractions such as, river front park, convention center.”

• Nice rooms and lobby.
• Charged my credit card and wanted to sit on funds -wireless only in lobby.

“Nice lobby and rooms-true wireless only in lobby, so we didn't have two plug-ins for laptops in the room-inconvenient! My card was run for any "amenities¿ and they screwed that up and put two holds on funds that they sat on for 4 days. Boo hiss.”
