• Cockroaches, constant drip in shower and bath.

“Hotel is very inconvenient in that there are two buildings, one fairly modern and other beginning to get run down. We had problems entering the building and our room and had to go to the front desk on three separate occasions to get the the keys reprogrammed. I was was VERY disappointed with this hotel and would never recommend this hotel.”

• I really didn't like anything about this hotel.
• The staff wasn't friendly, the beds were uncomfortable, they never cleaned the room even after a phone call.

“At check in the front desk staff was not helpful. My room was located in another building down a hill, (I have some physical problems) that I did not wish to stay in. They had vacancies in the other building but would not change my assigned room unless I pay an additional fee. My room was very dark and smelled like water damage. I was spending 2 nights at this hotel and when I went to the continental breakfast, it was awful, not clean and the coffee, which is important to me, was watered down. I went out for the day and came back in the evening. When I came back, my room had not been cleaned, no fresh towels, the trash had not been dumped or anything so I phoned for service and was not treated like a valued customer on the phone. I was very unhappy with everything. Even the vending machines were not filled and were out of bottled water in every machine that I checked. This was an overall bad experience, sorry to say. The pool was a bit cloudy and if I wanted to use the hot tub, my building didn't have one and I would have to hike to another building to use it.”

• Easy to find & close to attractions.
• Continental breakfast was so-so.

“I was very pleased with the accommodations and staff. I had a flat tire the morning after and the maintenance man helped me with the flat tire in no time at all. What more could you ask for.”

• Beds were awful noisy air conditioner.

“While the location was great this hotels bed were the worst. The air conditioner was making an awful noise all night. They did come to fix it the next Day. Bed linens and towels were not automatically changed each day.”

• The indoor pool.

“Management staff was rude, had bed mites and hot tub had black mold in the jets was told things like this happen by management. We were on or honeymoon in Branson.”

• I'm glad it had a breakfast, even though it was minimal.
• It smelled bad.

“This hotel had two buildings. The first building was beautiful, inviting and had an indoor pool. However, we were put in the second building, down the hill, which was run down, deserted, smelled bad, and equipped with an outdoor pool and no support staff.”

• We stayed in the Annex (a motel next door which it looked like they had bought and upgraded) and found the room to be excellent, clean, wonderful beds.
• The hot tub was not hot and the water had skin particles floating in it.

“This motel is close to everything and is on a street which leads to all of the by-pass streets allowing the traveler to access all points of interest without getting caught in bumper-to-bumper traffic. The staff is cheerful and helpful. Whoever gives this motel a negative review must have stayed in a non-updated room. We want to go back there again.”

• The Jacuzzi was not really big enough.

“It was very nice, although I had expected it to be a little nicer for the money I spent. However it was pleasant and it was very convenient for us to walk around everywhere from our hotel. We enjoyed it a lot but imp not sure I will spend that much money again to stay there. If the prices were a little bit cheaper than I wouldnt have any problem staying there again.”

• No internet service in building 2.

“I believe the rating for this hotel is based on building 1. Of course what they do is put you in building two which is the economy building. They don't even provide WiFi service in building 2 which is common in most of the hotels now-a-days. I was not impressed at all with this hotel.”

• Pop machine out of what I like.

“Great for basics. Location is great, can walk to Wal-Mart, McDonalds. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, it was better than I thought it would be. (kids liked waffles in other building) Donuts, fruit, toast, cereal also avail. Kids liked the ice cream vending for an evening snack. Rooms were clean and roomy. Employees we dealt with very nice. We would stay there again!”

• Great location, right off the strip. Clean and family friendly.
• Breakfast was not that great, but it was free.

“My husband and I took both kids (6 & 1yr). The hotel was clean and met all of our needs. The breakfast was frozen waffles and French toast, but it was free. The location couldn't have been any better. We would stay at this location again.”

“Not a bad hotel but, it was not a very enjoyable stay. Beds were uncomfortable and the parking lot lights shined right into our room, so it felt like it was daylight in the middle of the night. The best thing was the continental breakfast had a great selection. I am at home now and it was a forgettable stay.”

• The location could not be beat for the busy town of Branson.
• Housekeeping begins at 8:30 am - a little early for vacationers.

“For the price this hotel was better than I expected. I would say that the interior could have been updated, but overall not a bad place to stay. However the lack of luggage carts and only having one elevator made several trips up and down the stairs.”

• Walls were thin, so there was noise from an adjacent room.

• It is off the strip by about 1 block, so not much traffic noise.
• There are 2 buildings; we were at the old one.

• Very nice breakfast offering. The room was extremely clean.
• The parking lot lights aimed directly at the building and made the room quite bright at night.

“I was quite surprised by the cleanliness of the room I received. As I travel at least once every year, I have stayed in some very poor facilities. The breakfast bar was quite extensive and complemented by the very gracious attendant. The only glaring negative pertains to the parking lot lights (building 2) that were aimed directly at the building. As this is not a national memorial, I saw no reason for this other than to permit guests the ability to read in their rooms at night. Even with the blinds closed, the light spill was more than a little distracting. Overall however, I would not hesitate to stay there again if I were in the area.”

• The Wi Fi is only available in the lobby. Could not use in the rooms.

“I stayed in room 359 in the lower building. Here were the set backs: Although the room looks nice overall, the first thing you see when you come in is a rust stained ironing board cover. There was also a not so nice odor in the room. I sprayed my room spray around enough to vaguely cover it, but it still smelled. They do the big things right, but the details are overlooked. The box springs on my bed were very stained and the mattresses are not comfy at all. Still a great hotel at the star level, but they could make a mediocre hotel a great one if they took care of the details; the facility itself is beautiful and well maintained.”
