• I loved the beds, and the convenience of the location.
• Larger rooms.

• Loved the bedding, It was soft, clean, wonderful. Loved their soap/lotion/shampoo..
• Air conditioner controls did not work first night, they fixed it!

“Nice location, close to food, shows,shopping and recreation. Clean, new furniture, new bedding.Sleep number beds. Very comfortable. Stayed there several years ago, hated it, but they have done some major renovations and now it is very nice.”

• Clean room.

“It was very tough to sleep 4 people in double beds. When we asked for a roll away bed, they were out. The vending machines were loaded with out of date snacks,
I would have paid
for that room and would not have brought children and when trying to find a snack, a very large man who was also a hotel guest suggested bringing your own fridge like he did and then hit up Walmart for groceries.”

• Nice clean, rooms and comfortable beds.
• The commode would not flush well and the parking was not good at night.

“The concierge was amazing. The rooms were clean and the sleep number beds were very nice. Parking at night was not so good. We had to park very far away and walk up the hill at night. The commode was hard to flush. Other than that, it was great.”

• Room needs a recliner or more comfortable chair.

“Could not use the Sports Bar due to smoking allowed and bad odor from smoke. Pizza restaurant seating was basically in a hallway. Seating in room was 2 uncomfortable chairs at a small table. Otherwise hotel was probably nicer than most of the other hotels in Branson which are mostly motels looking out at parking lots.”

• Hotel was just OK.
• Room could have been much cleaner.

“Hotel was not as nice as I would have expected a 3 star. Amenities were present, but overall cleanliness and room options weren't great. We had a hard time finding parking at the hotel.”

• The location was good
• The star rating was high - very hot in common areas

“The rooms were somewhat small, the cleanliness was pretty good. The elevators and common areas (halls, etc.) were very hot, not air conditioned, but we weren't in those areas much so it wasn't too bad. The rooms were fairly nice, but I was unimpressed by the sleep number beds.”

• The pool and that it had elevators.
• You had to pay for internet, no continental breakfast, no laundry room to do wash.

“I was really shocked that this hotel with this name didn't have an in house laundry. We have 4 of us and we can't send out clothes with the front desk. Also I used the internet for 5 minutes and it cost me 20.00. Don't get me wrong the place was beautiful, but I just don't think it considers families very much.”

• Nice lobby.
• Very hot, no sun for pool after the morning, beds not comfortable.

“Very good location. 6th floor was extremely hot when you got off the elevator. Room cards quit working twice. Found a roach in the bathroom. Vanity is located inside the bathroom. Beds were not comfortable and pillows. TV was older and broke on us. No sun for the pool after the morning due to the way the building is positioned.”

• Very nice comfortable bed-opt for the non-sleep number bed.
• Parking was lousy on Saturday night.

“Very nice hotel. Earns every one of it's 3 stars. We opted for the non-sleep number room, the bed was fantastic. The hotel, like all things in Bronson is built on a
huge hill. Really tough on parking. We ordered room service one night and it was very good.”

• The staff were friendly and the decor in the room was nice.
• I apparently didn't find my proper number on the sleep number bed, so I woke up feeling tired and sore.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the decor was modern. The bathroom needed a little work. I was not a fan of the sleep number bed, but maybe I just didn't find my sleep number.”

• Location.
• The beds and pillows were awful.

“The rooms are very small but have been updated. The beds are adjustable which some may like, however I have lower back problems and couldn't get totally comfortable. The pillows were very flat (not sure if they were feather or blend) and were some of the worst I've come across. I would have been very disappointed.”

• Typical 3+ star hotel. Everything done to a high standard.
• Traffic along main drag of Branson.

“Located right off the main drag in Branson, not the fanciest looking from the outside. The inside is excellent. It is a typical 3+ star hotel clean and neat, friendly staff helped us with show reservations.”

• Sleep number beds.
• One of the Sleep number beds didn't work.

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was very small, but had the ability to swim to a heated outdoor pool. It was too crowded given the temperature for my children to want to try and use the pool. Beds were comfortable and rooms attractively decorated. Bathroom was small, but clean and updated. Lots of towels!”

• Location was ideal and staff very accommodating.
• Indoor pool was very small and the restaurants
  were closed.

“The hotel was fine except that they only had a bar area that you get food at and it was very pricey and not the best atmosphere for young children. The other options were closed (pizza place & a restaurant), due to seasonal activity so we always had to leave the hotel to eat.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom was pretty small and cramped, you had to close the door to maneuver. Would prefer to have a normal mattress next time.”

• The location was great!
• The rooms were very small and dated.

“The location was great, but I had some issues with the room. The room was very small and somewhat dated. The wall air unit was so loud that I turned it off to sleep. The biggest problem was the fact that I could hear the people in the room above me using the bathroom! I guess I should have left the loud air unit on.”

• Room was newly remodeled.
• Staff wasn't very helpful or nice when I asked to change my original room.

“The staff made us wait 2 hours to finally tell us that they couldn't give us a king room. When we did get a room, it was handicapped and next to the rumbling air conditioning system. The desk clerk wasn't real nice when I asked for a room change.”

• I liked the location to Progressive Field.
• Rooms looked old and the air conditioning unit was not very good.

“I played the National Anthem on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Progressive Field in Cleveland, OH for the Cleveland Indians. The hotel was convenient for this purpose. The breakfast area was nice but we weren't very impressed with the offerings. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn hotels that offered a much better breakfast. Slept well. AC unit wasn't very good. Bathroom was old and small. Rooms looked old.”

“The rooms were ordinary except for the fact that they had sleep number beds. There was nothing in the hotel room that would suggest a three star rating. In fact, I saw a bug in the bathroom. Even though the staff and the restaurant was ok, I dont think the rooms are worth recommending.”

• It has a very good location. Was clean, and quiet.
• The room was dated and needed some minor repairs.

“Rooms were clean however needed some minor repairs, the security lock on the door was missing, the towel rack in the bathroom fell off. Select comfort beds were nice. Over all the room was clean and quiet. Room was just a little tired and dated.”

• Forgot my wake-up call, noisy.

“Good location. Very noisy. Relatively clean. I can't believe they forgot my wake-up call - that's pretty basic for a hotel. When I let them know about forgetting me, the manager was less than caring. I was furious - we left late the next day for our travels!”
