• Staff and Cleanliness.
• Nothing.

“We came in a little early for the air show and our room was not only ready but, we were invited to have breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Proximity to stores and restaurants are excellent. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be back. The only bad thing was it was cold and windy.”

• Cleanliness was excellent, quiet location.
• Way too much chlorine in the pool, burned our eyes, often no towels in pool area.

“This is a basic, very clean, friendly hotel. There are no laundry facilities, but the breakfast included hot items. The amount of chlorine in the pool area limited our use of it, as it burned the eyes of even those sitting out of the pool watching. Housekeeping did an excellent job of upkeeping our room. The exersize room is small but adequate. I would stay here again.”

• The location is perfect for picking up items one may have forgotten at Macy's and Targets.
• The hotel front staff was very young and inexperienced.

“The front staff was unable to make a decision due to an honest mistake on the part of the traveler.
Hopefully someday as they grow older they will realize that adjustments are possible for situations that are extraordinary.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• The people above us made a lot of noise at night and we heard thumping above.

“We needed a place to stay in Rochester to bring my son to Rochester University. it served it's purpose and I liked the location of the hotel and my other two sons enjoyed the pool.”

• Bed comfort. Internet friendly. Swimming pool. Friendly place.
• Actually nothing bad to say.

“I really like this hotel we stayed there before. The breakfast is great. Beds are really comfortable. Help is really informed. Will stay here the next time we are in area.”

• Entrance was confusing. Access road near shopping plaza.

“Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Many restraint choices nearby.Indoor pool was not heated (in February)-unable to use. Irondequoit Mall next door is practically deserted- do not plan on doing any shopping there.”
