• Clean and neat, near downtown.
• The east side neighborhood.

“This is a nice place to stay with an attached restaurant with outdoor dinning. The neighborhood to the east is still in urban renewal but the hotel's location in downtown and next to the river makes it a pleasant stop for us. I've stayed there 3 times now.”

• Located by the River and the Falls, beautiful park area.
• Long distance from major chain restaurants. Terrible wait time in the hotel restaurant.

“Enjoyed the location next to the river walk, great scenery. All of the major chain restaurants were on the opposite side of town, would probably pick a different hotel due to this next time. Took 90 minutes to get our food in the hotel restaurant. Hotel bar is fine for getting a drink, but wouldn't recommend waiting for the food.”

• The parking was not good and the neighborhood was a little shabby.

• One of the beds fitted sheet had quite a bit of hair on it like it had not been washed.

“Overall, a good experience. Clean, comfortable. For me the bed wasn't as comfortable as I like, mattress was too hard. Internet access is important to me, the wireless service worked flawlessly.”

“I had heard they police & the swat team down by the hotel the night before we stayed. The staff that evening I checked in was friendly, also the bartender. The breakfast area is as bit disconcerning, the staff there should keep out of the guests conversations. The sheets were about a 100 count, very rough.”

• Food service was poor, quality of food poor, did not get silverware when picking up the food.

“Overall, the hotel was great. My only complaint was the food service at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was cold and awful and they included no silverware when I returned to the room.”

• Downtown location isn't the best.

• Close to shopping, sight seeing. The staff treated us wonderfully.
• The pool hours, it should be open later than 10:00 pm., especially for all the kids that stay there.

“The hotel is very nice, relaxing, comfortable beds, very clean all the way around. The staff was very courteous to me and my two boys. I will stay there again when we come that way again.”

• We loved the cleanliness and also the jar of cookies at the front desk!
• The parking caused us some concern.

“We had a lovely time and a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, both at check-in and at check-out. Our room and bathroom were spotless, except for the "silly string" on the ceiling.”

• door closers make for loud slams

“Front desk staff professional and courteous. Location is wonderful, with free parking. Bar patio makes a nice place to unwind, and the walking path to the falls runs right along the hotel. Very nice hotel for the price I paid. Would stay there again.”

• The staff was friendly and continental breakfast was excellent.
• It was perfect....especially for the price.

“The hotel was located on the water...we had a GREAT view. It was in downtown right next to all the places we attended the night of our stay. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the continental breakfast was not only WONDERFUL and much more than expected, but the staff manning it was incredibly friendly and helpful.”
