• Good location.
• Got a wake up call I did not request at 5 am.

“This is a nice middle of the road hotel. Central location, easy to find and reasonably priced.”

• Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
• Location of room of hotel.

“The hotel needs renovation. The first room I check into had a broken toilet. The second room had been well-used, dirty upholstered chair, was at the far end of one wing, and there was lots of traffic noise from the freeway. I felt like the hotel was deserted.”

• Great location.
• Needs refurbishment.

“The hotel is a little bit outdated, and wasn't as quality construction as I would have guessed by the rate. The location is excellent however, you can go to the mall as it is within walking distance and there are a lot of good quality restaurants close by. For the money, it needed improvements.”

• It was very easy to find off the interstate.
• The "light" continental breakfast was poor; few items and not very healthy choices.

• The rooms were very nice & quiet.
• They could possibly use more entrances. Also, the pillows were bad. I think they could invest in some nice pillows.

“The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. I liked the exercise room and having TGI Friday's attached. As I was a solo business traveler, I was able to order my supper and take it up to my room. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but thought that would have been very nice!”

• great location
• very noisy -- like having no walls -- could hear everything

“This is an all non-smoking hotel which we didn't expect. The hotel did not spend any money on sound proofing. Heard the semis on the interstate all night. Kids playing soccer in the halls at midnight was quite annoying. We wouldn't stay there again.”

• Location near shopping and dinning.
• Bathroom not up to the quality I expected. Not as clean or modern.

“I liked the way a guest could order from the restaurant from the room and the food was delivered hot and good, I did not like the fact that the tip as automatically added to the bill. I want to be able to decide if the service is worth the amount on the bill.”

“The location was fantastic! However, the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom, was not up to par. The walls were also quite thin as I could hear everything and everyone around the area. Overall, I was satisfied with the price, but did expect more for my money.”

“The Radisson Encore Inn in Sioux Falls was a wonderful place to stay. Located at the edge of the Empire Mall and attached to TGI Fridays is a perfect location. The room was very clean and an excellent value.”
