• I liked the location, the quality, the helpfulness of the staff, the complimentary breakfasts and the adequate parking.

• I liked that it had king size beds and that it was ever roomy.
• There is nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

• The smell of smoke in the lobby and the room were so
  bad that I had to find another room.

“The people were friendly and helpful but the smell of smoke as so intense that I had to leave. I have breathing problems and could not even stay in the lobby.”

• The room was spacious and kid friendly.

“The hotel was off the main interstate, and provided comfortable accommodations for me and my family. The breakfast even passed the kid test. The only thing I can say was very early in the morning there was a loud noise that we could not put our finger on (maybe construction) that lasted for about and hour or two. But other than that, this hotel met all of my families needs during our stay and the staff was very nice. We would stay there again and I would recommend it to others.”

• Staff, especially breakfast, and front desk was superb.
• Entrance from highway was a little difficult to find.

“We were there for a Marathon, and the hotel moved its breakfast time from 6AM to 5AM to accommodate the runners. Everyone was extremely helpful and available when needed.”

• Elevator to slow.

• Poor staff training, not helpful or courteous.

• Two king beds.
• No extra towels available - had to wait till later in the am.

• The location was great, just off the interstate and convenient to everything.
• I tripped over the doorstop on the way to the bathroom several times.

“I was in a party of 2 adults and 2 children that stayed here for the Mississippi State Fair. The hotel was within walking distance to the fair, so we didn't have to pay parking fees. It was a fantastic price for a room with 2 king beds and a refrigerator. I would definitely stay again. Just watch out for the doorstop on the way to the bathroom.”

• Very nice employees at the front desk. Very informative.
• The part of the hotel that we stayed in was not convenient to the front desk without going outside.

• The staff and general manager/owner were extremely courteous and helpful!
• This hotel needs a swimming pool.

• Pillows were good, plenty of toweled., cleaning personnel helpful.
• Breakfast did not have many choices. The check-out at 11am too early, could not change clothes for travel because of convention luncheon.

“All in all hotel very good. Door stop in middle to floor in bathroom area and stumped by toe twice. Having paid in advance, when my roommate arrived they charged her credit card, then we had to go to desk to straighten this out, which I thought was unnecessary.”
