“It was dirty and it had bugs and the lights didn't work and there were stains on the sheets. It was in serious need of repair. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.”

• Nothing. Club located across from room with music blaring until 2:30 in the morning.
• Everything.

• The staff was very nice.
• The hotel had people hanging all around outside, the rooms were old and dirty looking.

• It was just a room with a bed and a shower.
• Too many people outside making noise and not the cleanest place.

“Well I brought my own sheets and blanket. Water was nice and hot once it warmed up. Staff was a little short with me. The other people staying in the hotel were very noisy. I was waked up at 1 am and again at 3 am. I believe that these were locals who are staying on a weekly term. Place was a little run down.”

• Continental breakfast.
• Broken security locks at the top of the door.

“The accommodations were nice for the price I paid. I did not spend a lot of time in the room, but I like the fact that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The lighting was poor. The personnel were very nice and helpful.”

• The TV worked.
• Wasnt even close to a good hotel.

“Check in was messed up. Hotel in bad shape. Wifi was screwed up. Room needed repairs. Bed not level and mattress needed to be replaced. Not the cleanest room in the world.”

• The front desk clerk was friendly.
• The room was extremely dirty with dead bugs in the bathroom.

“All of the other hotels in Hattiesburg were booked for the USM homecoming game. Now I know why this hotel still had vacancies. Even though it was only a one star hotel, I still expected the room to be clean. It was an older hotel, but that doesn't excuse the dead bugs in the bathroom.”
