• Very nice hotel in a quiet area.
• The hot tubs were not as nice as I thought they'd be, and they were in a cramped room.

“It was a very nice hotel in a quiet area. The hotel and rooms were generally neat and clean, but the amenities were not what I expected. The hot tubs were not that great, and they were crammed in a small area. My kids were disappointed, not only about the hot tubs, but that there was no indoor pool either.”

• I liked that it had a refrigerator.
• The room had an odor.

“For the price the hotel was a very good value. It was easy to locate. We will probably use this hotel again when we return to Neosho.”
