• Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Staff was courteous and helpful at all times. I couldn't have asked for a much better experience.
• I would have liked to have had access to a hot tub. But was fine without one.

“This was a complete surprise. I know the area well, but have never stayed here. I will certainly come back. Clean, even luxurious, great space suite. Very friendly people. Great breakfast buffet. What a pleasant surprise!”

“This hotel was beyond our expectations. If we had extra days, this would have been a keeper. The bed was perfect. Good mattress, pillows, etc. Because we had our three daughters, the pull out couch was wonderful. They even commented that the mattress didn't feel like a pull out. The girls enjoyed the TV in the living room and my husband and I enjoyed the TV in the bedroom. The pool area is wonderful. Washer and dryer were available at no cost to guests. Loved it!”

• Everything. My child got sick at his stomach in the lobby of the hotel and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. The size of the suites was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was professional and friendly. My young child got sick in the lobby of the hotel and they were so nice to him. I really appreciate that. The accommodations were wonderful and the hotel is easy to find. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Austin.”

“The hotel is in a great location. No too far away from downtown; but has very close restaurants and a movie theater. The free breakfast buffet was great on Sunday, but I would have put more selections out for sat. But other than that, I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends. And imp really considering it to be my place to stay every time I visit Austin.”

• I love how comfortable the beds were with the extra padding and the nice pillows. Also breakfast was great!
• The elevator was not located in a good spot. Too sharp of a corner for people to stand and for luggage cart.

• The hotel was thoughtful about providing services for unexpected mishaps. They provided us with jumper cables when our car battery died on us.
• There was not anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and had ample space. We had a nice view of the pool as well. The property itself is attractive and well kept. We also enjoyed the small business library for the guests, which also included some children's books plus paper and crayons to keep the kids occupied. The food preparation and service was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Stay bridge to anyone! The hotel was very helpful even during an unexpected mishap with our vehicle. After pulling into the hotel, our car battery died and the hotel was able to provide jumper cables for our convenience. They had us back on the road in a few minutes. That is great customer service and thoughtfulness on the part of the hotel chain to think of their customer's needs ahead of time. Again, we were very impressed!”

“A great hotel. Lovely rooms (large, comfy, sofa, full kitchen, nice bathrooms, etc.). The beds were good, but not great. I hated their pillows (pseudo-down - they packed down to almost nothing). The staff was especially helpful.”

• Rooms only have one bed -two beds are extra even when with one adult and child.

“The hotel was a great location and the breakfast was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Also needed nonsmoking and since the only nonsmoking would be a larger suite-would have to pay an additional charge. They had a room that was the smaller size and nonsmoking, but was equipped for handicapped (we did not need that).”

• It is very modern like.
• 1/2 sliding door missing to the closet. Coffee Pot broke. Not very spacey. Continental breakfast no good.

• Not enough parking - one patron took two spaces by the side door where there were only 3 spaces.

“I would hope to get this hotel again when using . The staff was accommodating and friendly and the room was comfortable. The towels were fantastic (much better than in most hotels). I would recommend this hotel to others visiting the Austin area. It was raining when I checked in and there were three spaces by the front door dedicated to guests checking in. The store by the front desk where you could purchase items was an asset. I do not expect much from hotel breakfast, but will need to rethink that in the future after the vast array of choices for guests, including skim milk (which is a rare find in hotels and restaurants). The young lady from the hotel staff who was responsible for the breakfast was so nice and took such good care of all the guests as though they were family.”

“Staybridge Suites Austin Northwest is a very clean, up-to-date facility that offers full kitchen facilities for the family or business person who wishes to prepare some foods during stay. It offers a great continental breakfast each morning with many choices of cereal, including hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, sweet rolls, muffins, bagels, croissants, toast, and a hot entree. During our stay, sausage biscuits and pancakes and sausage were offered on the continental breakfast bar. A variety of juices, coffees, teas, and milk were offered. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous, even to our 9-year old daughter who was with us on this trip. We enjoyed breakfast at the pool, before swimming. The pool, which was very clean, was heated. Lighted outdoor basketball courts were also enjoyed by our family. The hotel also offered a 24-hour fitness room and free washers and dryers for all guests. Safety and security are always a concern for me on out-of-town trips. I felt very safe and secure in this hotel at all times. Our family was extremely pleased with our stay and would recommend it highly to friends. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Austin.”
