• We loved the towels
• the odor of smoke in the hallway

“This hotel well satisfied our needs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will go there again the next time we go to Delmont.”

• The staff was very friendly and courteous.
• They authorize an extra 20.00 a night on your card at time of check in. They hold the full amount of the stay on your card at check in.

“The lobby was very nice. The people very polite and nice. The person who cleaned our room did a lousy job of cleaning the bathroom the two time they did while we were there. I have never had a hotel authorize extra potential charges on my credit card and I have never had a hotel authorize the full amount plus the extra charges prior to check out. This caused me to have to transfer monies as I had allocated just what I knew the room would cost and we were on a shoe string budget getting my boyfriends son to college. When we had car trouble I thought I knew just what should be available on each card but the card I used for the hotel did not have what I expected available. I was told by the hotel staff this is normal policy for them. I will never stay in another of their hotels. It should be explained to people up front if they are doing this and let them make a decision to stay or not.”

• The staff was courteous and the continental breakfast was also good. Service was excellent in this department.
• The cost for seniors is a little high.

“The hotel seemed to be clean and staff helpful. We were convenient to businesses in the area. My husband and myself are senior citizens and we were visiting a family member in a nursing facility. We are from out of state, a lower cost could have helped us to stay longer.”
