“The Flagship Resort is definitely not a 3-5 star. It is a nice place if you want a less expensive place to stay close to the casinos. The staff was very courteous and went above and beyond my expectations. My only complaint is that the accommodations lack modern appeal and are very dark and dingy. Carpets had several stains and looks like there were several water leaks that were just patched up. I am in hospitality management so I look for these type of things but the staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. All and all if your looking for less expensive place to stay and are really only in your room to sleep the Flagship is a great place. If your looking for nice accommodations in a resort atmosphere look elsewhere.”
