• Cleanliness, friendliness, convenience to the Airport.
• Other rude guests.

“My Husband and I were surprised how close we were to the airport. It was a short walk for us to get our tickets early and to weigh our baggage ahead of time. The room was awesome with the sleep number bed. We had a great view of the water and Mount Rainier. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I left some items on the bathroom door and when I called it was late at night. I was called back by the head of housekeeping within 10 minutes.”

“I would recommend this hotel! Although it was near the airport, we did not hear the planes taking off. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was great and the room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay immensely and may stay again in December 2009.”

• the location was perfect to get to the airport,the adjustable beds were a bonus too
• Could not leave your car without paying more.

“This was a very classy hotel with upscale decor beautiful lobby with restaurant and bar. The king size bed was remote control adjustable for both sides for firm to soft. Had all the amenities and a great shower. Very nice place to stay.”

• The employees were all very friendly and seems happy when passing in the halls and dealing directly with them.
• The free Internet link did not show on my computer, leaving me to use my own wireless service.

“I found the hotel to work wonderfully for my business travel. I spent much time working in my room so I ordered room service twice. Both the person whom took the order on the phone and the one who delivered were both very happy and friendly. Also I asked Housekeeping to not clean my room when she knocked at my door, but she did offer clean towels and asked to come in and take the dirty ones away. I would stay at this hotel again!”

• No concerns whatsoever.

“The Radisson Gateway is a smaller hotel directly across from the airport. Older building nicely renovated, the Sleep Number bed was comfortable enough but I'll not rush out and buy one. Comfortable easy chair, good work area, older TV, (3 star hotels are going to have to bite the bullet and upgrade their television equipment.) Room was very clean, nice linens and bedding. Restaurant top notch. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. USA Today at the door in the morning and Wall Street Journal and local Seattle paper for the asking. Free parking which is always nice.”

• Gave us a 1 bed king room for a family of four.

“The hotel was nice and I would recommend it to anyone who needed to be accessible to the SeaTac Airport. We were given a room with a king bed for a family of four so this was not ideal. The staff knew this and stated they would follow up with a room with two beds the following nights of our stay, but they never did.”

“We really liked the hotel except for the dining experience. The server was much more interested in setting tables than in seating us. There was only one dirty table in the dining room, but he said that he would be with us directly to seat us at that one table, and that it would take a few minutes for that to happen. We decided to leave and enjoyed a great dining experience at the hotel next door.”

• Layout of the room worked well for 2 years old bed.

“We arrived after 11 p.m. PST from the east coast with a 2 year old and were quickly and efficiently transported from the airport to hotel and to our room, which was comfortable and convenient. Our experience was quite positive.”

• That I was in smoking room and told nothing else was available.

“A great location if you are having a quick overnight at SeaTac. Frequent airport shuttles, computers for general use free, small workout room and laundry. Furniture and fixtures in rooms all new. Carpet is a bit dated but overall a nice for a solo business traveler.”

• I appreciated the size of the room and the sleep comfort mattresses.
• I would have appreciated some fresh brewed coffee in the lobby.

“This hotel is very convenient to the airport. It is comfortable in its accommodations. The shower head was great for a taller person. I liked the adjustability. Even though the hotel is close to the airport and our room faces the airport side, the room was quiet and dark.”

• Shuttle VERY slow to arrive, room close to elevator extremely noisy.

“Great location to SeaTac, would recommend walking across the street to the hotel (unless you have tons of luggage) than wait forever for the shuttle. Management very quick to change my room when placed on smoking floor. Front desk helpful, housekeeping very good. Hotel hallway wallpaper showing definite signs of wear and tear. Only one elevator working.”

“The hotel was perfect for the business traveler, did not like that my concerns were not addressed. Therefore felt like they had no obligation to please us as their occupant of their facility. Was treated like outsiders.”

• It was across the street from the airport.
• No sense of security and the GM of the hotel is a jerk.

“Our room got broken into and the person's) who took both of our laptops and backpack. When we spoke to the GM about the incident and our losses, the first thing that came out of his mouth was the hotel has no liability over the loss of our goods. Second, the hotel has no obligation to install security cameras.”

• I didn't understand exactly how to use the WiFi system and there weren't any directions, and billed for trying.

“It has always been a quality hotel and it continues to live up to my expectations. It's new location is better than before even though it didn't move very far.”

• Needed a safe in the room. Did not have 2 double beds only 1 king and a roll away available.

“Good value and would stay there again for easy access to the Seattle airport. Didn't care for the Sleep-Comfort beds, but it was interesting to try. Would have been nice to have a safe in the room and refrigerator. Ate at Salty's on the water, was pricey, but a nice view.”

• We arrived early and they graciously allowed us to check in several hours early.
• Elevator out of service during part of our stay. Some missing signage.

“Hotel was neat and clean and the service was excellent in that they allowed us to check-in several hours early - something that helped us out greatly. They also accommodated us when we asked for two beds when originally given one. In general, the rooms were a bit smaller than usual (for instance, no extra sink or counter outside of the bathroom. However, the Select Comfort Sleep Number beds were an especially nice touch. Exercise room was also a bit nicer and larger than most hotels. Indoor pool only (not surprising for Seattle.).”

• My only gripe was the size of the TV.

“Wonderful location, directly across from the SeaTac. Was able to return my rental car within 5 minutes of leaving the hotel and be inside the airport. Downstairs, the hotel had a nice bar, and restaurant. I came from the Mayflower Park Hotel in Downtown Seattle; wish I had spent my money on this hotel to begin with.”

• We liked the lively bar with the friendly but overworked bartender. We also liked the upscale decor in our room and the free parking.
• We had asked for quiet room but were given one near noisy elevator so we had to ask again before we got a quiet room.

“We use hotels frequently in the Seattle area and this ranks up high among the better ones we have enjoyed.”

• Clean and comfortable, right across the street from the SeaTac airport.
• A complimentary continental breakfast, even an assortment of pastries would have been nice.

“We needed a place to spend the night prior to an early-morning departure from SeaTac airport. The SeaTac airport Radisson was absolutely fantastic! It offers clean, comfortable accommodations right across the street from the airport. I even walked back to the hotel after dropping my rental car off at the airport and a complimentary shuttle for the 5-minute ride to check-in. We highly recommend it!”
