• Location.
• Ask for rooms with new bathrooms.

“We were in Albany for a show, and wanted a nearby place. The rooms were not great, but ok. The staff was helpful, which was great considering we knew nothing about Albany. The bathrooms were really old but the staff mentioned they were being remodeled.”

• Not one thing.
• Nasty, and the staff lied and basically stole our money from us.

“This place should be closed down by the health dept. After checking into the room we did not want to stay and requested our money back. They said no. They claimed they did not know the managers last name nor did they know the red carpet corp., office number. Do not stay here you might not survive the night!”
