  • Convenient location.
  • Just a little old and ragged. Not bad: they're maintaining it.

“Slightly shabby rooms but reasonably updated. Sleep Number Bed: never saw one of those before, nice touch Motel - like but totally suitable for overnight before flight or overnight after late flight. Impressive effort by the Johnson and Wales student staff.”

  • Most of the rooms were remodeled and beautiful.
  • The parking is in the back of the building.

“I asked a room near the elevator, because I have a broken foot and don't want to walk far. I was given a room on the first level next to the front door. I didn't realize that the parking was in the rear of the building. I just have a broken foot. Not handicap plates on my car. My room was old and ugly. Very outdated decor.”

  • Staff couldn't get registration right. Always had to go back.

“The front desk always had some problem with check in. Wrong beds or not close to each other as they had promised me face to face. They were good about fixing the problem and giving us free breakfast coupons for the inconvenience. The newer suite rooms were much nicer and I would stay there again.”

  • Proximity to airport, sleep number beds, nice lobby, friendly staff.
  • Outdated exterior.

“Comfortable, up-to-date rooms with nice bathrooms. The lobby is also nice. The exterior needs to be updated, but that's a minor concern. The hotel is directly across the street from the airport, so the location is ideal for those that have early/late flights.”

  • Rooms are recently updated, we upgraded to suite with a Jacuzzi, a good choice.
  • Lobby were under renovations but Okay, tub stop & sliding door needed repair.

  • Hotel room was not checked prior to us coming in. bathroom light did not work. Showered in the dark.

“Location of the hotel was fine and as expected. We checked in very late at night and found that our bathroom did not have any light at all. It was too late to start looking for people to start coming in and repairing the light. We were disappointed that hotel housekeeping staff did not fix this prior to our arrival. Although we looked forward to the sleep number beds in the room what we found was that they were very uncomfortable and not worth the time we put into trying to "find our correct number".”

  • The continental breakfast.
  • Need bigger beds, two queens instead of two doubles would be much better.

“Very nice hotel. The lobby was under construction during our visit so the entrance was not as nice as expected, but couldn't be helped. They had difficultly keeping the breakfast stocked. The room was nicely appointed.”

  • No pool or whirlpool, no refrigerator or microwave.

“Good accommodations clean, convenient to airport, but lacking some things I would expect to be standard for a 3-star location. No onsite pool, gym or whirlpool. Room did not have refrigerator or microwave or coffee pot. Staff was very friendly and professional.”

  • The shuttle was perfect.
  • Lots of work going on. Asked for a Sam's club and was told not in this area. There was one about 5 miles away.

  • It was very nice to be able to try a sleep number bed!
  • The sleep number beds are not all they are cracked up to be.

“The hotel and staff were all very nice. The elevator was a little ways from the room but the walking wasn't bad especially since was clean and well lit. The room was really nice, but the beds weren't that great. However, since they were sleep number beds I was happy to be able to try them without having to wonder what they were actually like.”

  • Hotel staff did not respond to reasonable requests.
  • The looks on the outside is bad! Inside some restoration is going on so working people everywhere!

“In fact the whole hotel needs some renovation. I got a nice big room, could be a bit cleaner. They cannot compete with hotels across the street like Hampton inn!”

  • The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.
  • No pool or gym. Lobby construction was messy and unattractive.

“I stayed at the nearby Sheraton, which was excellent. This hotel has no gym or pool; they say you can use the commercial gym down the street. That is not convenient nor is it acceptable. I expect an in-house pool and gym from a 3-star airport hotel. The lobby construction was a mess. The front desk people were disinterested and distracted.”

“This is not a three star hotel which I requested. Over rated because of staff inexperience. Ex. Wake up of 7 a.m. requested. Got call at 8 a.m. Requested towels and none were provided until I returned to room and made second call. Waitress staff incompetent!”

  • This hotel was conveniently located across from the TF Green airport and very close to I-95.
  • The hotel rooms although clean are starting to show their age.

“The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was attractive and inviting. Parking was convenient and free. There is an excellent seafood restaurant located adjacent to the property.”

  • I loved the sleep number beds and their continental breakfast.
  • There was no refrigerator in the room.

“It felt like a 4-star quality hotel for a 3-star hotel price. The room was perfectly suited for a business traveler with high end finishes, furniture and linens. Best of all were the sleep number beds. As a first time user of these beds, they were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing like I've had in other hotels. Excellent menu items. I would definitely stay there again.”

  • Staff was incredibly generous; offered to drive me to a restaurant/bar and pick me up later. I didn't take them up on the offer but it was over the too.
  • Room smelled badly. It looked fine, and was it not for the bad smell; we would have given it a much higher rating.

“Probably, a great hotel. Our one complaint was that the room smelled poorly. But it looked great and the staff was over-the-top and quite generous when we arrived after midnight.”

  • Called to get two queens earlier but when arrived, there were none.

“Room was very nice. Lobby was clean and neat, courtyard was very attractive (someone was having wedding pictures shot there if that says anything). Called early on my arrival day, confirmed non-smoking (entire hotel is) and two queen beds. Upon arrival, we did not have two queens (two adults, two kids). They upgraded our room to a suite (really just one room divided into two with sliding doors) but were very nice with no change in price. Breakfast was pastries, coffee, cereals but nicely done. Room was very clean, granite counter tops, sleep number beds which were very comfortable. Very nice grounds, plenty of parking, close to airport with zero noise. Excellent accommodations at an excellent price!”

  • The location of the hotel was close to the airport, a must for a 6 AM flight the next morning.

“Room was clean, but the air conditioning is noisy, the bathrooms are small & outdated, the separate sink is open to the room & prevents someone from washing up without disturbing sleepers. Definitely a 2 star hotel.”

  • Bed comfort/comforter.
  • No grab bar in shower/tub. Nothing to hold on to at all, not even a soap dish.

“There were two weddings/parties going on in the hotel when we arrived and we were concerned we might hear a lot of noise. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was. Our only complaint was that there were no grab bars in the shower/tub area. The tub was slippery when wet and it was very dangerous to take a shower. Otherwise, the bed was extremely comfortable and the comforter was a dream.”

  • The building was a little 'tired' in places.

“The hotel was very convent to the airport. We arrived at the airport late afternoon and had a ferry to Martha's Vineyard booked the following morning. It served its purpose well. There were a couple of family friendly restaurants nearby and a gas station for breakfast. All easy walking distance.”

  • The beds were wonderful and the floor plan of the room was perfect.
  • We had an early flight out and there was no one at the front desk for 15 minutes and when someone returned we had to wait to for transfer to the airport.

“We loved everything about it except for the way we were treated as we were leaving the hotel. We also requested a wake up call that we did not get but having the lobby unsecured for 15 minutes and then having to wait another 10 minutes for the other person to get back was frustrating and could have caused us to miss our plane.”

“Beautiful room. Lots of comfortable space! Easy location to highway. We were there on new year's eve and yet our little family had no trouble sleeping that night. The location of any partying never interfered with our quiet night. Great stay!”

  • I liked the cleanliness.
  • It was loud since the rooms are right off the street. The staff was loud in the early morning.

“2 levels, right beside legal seafood restaurant. A lot of traffic. Had to make sure curtains were closed due to people constantly walking down sidewalk. Very loud in the early morning with staff bumping carts against walls and it seemed like every door was slammed very loudly. I like Radisson hotels, and this one was clean, but I will not stay there again.”

“We have stayed at this hotel before and thought that it was a very good value and very convenient to the airport and downtown Providence. Unfortunately, this time, we were a little disappointed. We could not get any hot water at all! We tried at different times during the day thinking it was just a problem with too many people wanting to shower at the same time, but that proved not to be the case. At different times during the day and night there was still no hot water for a shower. Also, the area where the continental breakfast was served was really a mess. They need someone to check on that area throughout the breakfast time to replenish and tidy up. All in all the stay was OK but, there are so many other competitive hotels in the area. They really need to correct the water situation!”

“Our first room was nonsmoking but it smelled of heavy smoke. The maid should have reported this to the front desk. We had to change rooms. Our next room was fine. The Hampton Inn was across the street and if we had stayed there we would have had a free breakfast!”
