• For what we were doing, the location was just about perfect.
• Paying for parking - Marriott right across street had free parking.

“Very nice rooms. Helpful front desk staff. Didn't like that the parking ramp elevators didn't connect to the hotel except at level 1.”

• First room had noisy A/C. Prompt move to another room.
• Parking fee.

“First room had a noisy A/C unit. The front desk called the 15 minutes after check in, when I mentioned the problem they were quick to bring keys to a new room up and offer free breakfast. It was a good stay.”

• Friendly staff.
• Our
  AC unit did not work, changed twice, last one smelled like fish.

“Our AC did not work, room was 75 degrees, they changed out Saturday morning, gave us breakfast and was to change it out, came back to the room around 6:30 and was still hot, told them about it again, they came up to check and that one need to be replaced also, took the kids swimming and when we came back to the room it was replaced and cold air coming out but the room smelled like fish. I gave up and didn't say anything.”

• Great location, very comfortable, welcoming staff, great shuttle service.
• Pretty small gym, but adequate for cardio.

“Very pleased with this hotel. Very good location. Nice, clean rooms with great TVs. Clean bathroom, great water pressure, good towels. Friendly, helpful staff, quick and timely shuttle. The pool and hot tub were very warm but very chlorinated. Gym a little small but good enough for cardio workouts. Breakfast is excellent, but a little pricey so make sure you come with an appetite to eat your share. Hotel has a good but pricey restaurant attached.”

• The location was great for short walks to shopping, and visiting the "market".
• The "view" of the air conditioner and the garbage bins was not the most appealing!

• I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location.
• I do not eat a heavy breakfast or dinner. I felt as if the offerings were directed more to individuals with a big appetite.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel. I am very finicky about staying in hotels, but I intend to repeat my visit there. I, also, found the staff to be very helpful and courteous.”

• Walking distance to the Qwest Center. Excellent restaurant in hotel. Right by Old Market area.
• Parking garage only has access from 1st floor of hotel.

“The Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Omaha is very comfortable. I was able to complete my homework using the Wi If internet access prior to attending a concert at the Qwest Center, which is two blocks away. My wife and I walked through the Old Market for some evening dining and nightlife. The staff were very helpful and a shuttle is available 24 hours/day.”

• Bar closes too early, shuttle sometimes unreliable on return.

• The late night staff failed to log my wake-up call. Otherwise wonderful/perfect

“This downtown property is stellar. Convenient to everything with rooms with character. Clean, efficient, and a good to great staff. The breakfast buffet is a high point. Convenient to airport and near Omaha and Iowa amenities.”

• Cleaning staff let themselves in without knocking during afternoon after the had alreay been cleaned. Very embarassing.

• very nice. went for college Bball tourney Fla Gators were at same hotel added a nice touch.
• Not enough desk help had to wait at two different times longer than desired

“Very nice, clean and had very good amenities. Only stayed one night so hard to say much more. Enjoyed our stay! We left a cell phone charger went by the next day and the head housekeeper had it for us. Very nice people.”

“The parking elevator is seperate from the room elevator and was confusing at first. Not only I, but other guest had to figure it out by trial and error. The staff could have pointed it out and saved us some time.”

“I was totally pleased with everything; very nice room, check-in, parking, location, shuttle service and staff! The specialty coffee bar was a plus for me. If you could purchase a simple muffin at the coffee bar it really would be perfect...continental seemed pricy, the full breakfast was great. We had a great stay!”

• Very clean - nice big room w/ fridge and microwave - friendly staff - nice pool and work out area - close to the Henry Doorly Zoo and Old Market area.
• Attached restaurant, Nick and Tony's, wasn't very good in our opinion.

• They had a business center with a computer with internet access.
• They made guests pay $8/day for parking and charged for their continental breakfast.

“This is generally a good hotel with a great location in downtown Omaha, clean and comfortable rooms, and good amenities. However, I was disappointed that a fine hotel like Hilton charges for guest parking and does not even provide a complimentary continental breakfast (I understand perfectly charging for a hot breakfast).”

“This hotel is in a great downtown location close to the OldMarket area. The hotel is very easy to get to and has a parking garage for off street parking. The restaurant attached to the hotel has good food and reasonably priced. The hotel is very open and has a fresh appearance to it.”
