• Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

“The room was very comfortable and set up with the conveniences of home (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker) as well as a very friendly and helpful staff.”

• Convenience to my final destination.
• Room smelled slightly like dirty carpet.

“The Days Inn Concord, NH is a good hotel for an overnight or short stay. It is extremely easy to get to downtown Concord and I-93 North and South. The staff is very courteous.”

“The worst hotel and staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Never a staff been so rude or discourteous about a legitimate complaint. The room was 45 degrees when I got there and took more than 4 hours to warm up.”

• The location was great, the hotel was not.
• No hot water the first 2 days, we were moved after complaining.

“We arrived at 11:30 pm Sunday night after traveling all day from Hawaii. Hoping to take a shower we discovered that there was no hot water. I complain to manager the next morning and his response that I didn't run the water long enough. He further explains that he was on duty until 3: pm and for me to come back and he would change rooms for me which he did. The second room had hot water instantly. I later learn that the hotel was under renovations but they continued to rent these rooms.”

• It was recently remodeled so everything was new and clean.
• We were asleep when the front desk called at 11 pm and woke us up, asking how we planned to settle the bill. We explained that we prepaid. Incompetent.

“Newly remodeled and clean, breakfast choices were good. Ok for 1 or 2 nights if you want a clean place to sleep for a reasonable price. Not recommended for long stays, or for comfort, amenities, or on site activities.”
