• The management staff and openness of the room.
• Some of the staff and not being able to book and attached room.

“Overall, our stay at this hotel was very nice. Though we encounter a couple issues, it would not prevent us from recommending this hotel to friends and family.”

• Cleanliness/super bed.

“Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was super clean, quiet and had a great bed. Continental breakfast offered lots of choices. I would stay there again, given the opportunity.”

• Everything else besides the pets was great. However that was our biggest concern and top priority!

• Employees go get them attitude, good team here, it shows.
• Pool was under construction.

“The ratings scored were while hotel was under major renovation & expansion. Hard to believe but there was a 20+ construction crew toiling, and I didn't even hear them. Management has got it together or the staff is outstanding, probably both.”

• I was traveling alone with my young daughter, arrived late, and appreciated the safe location of the room.
• The free breakfast was just ok.

“The room and bathroom were very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I felt very safe there, a woman traveling with a young daughter.”

• Everything was fine.

“Very clean rooms and the hotel were well maintained. Free continental breakfast was very good and had good variety. Very reasonably price.”

• Very clean, very courteous staff.
• The bed squeaked.

“Very clean hotel. The rooms were very large and accommodating and the bathroom was very nice. Best bathroom in a hotel that I have seen in a long time.”

• The complimentary breakfasts were great.
• The key card did not work the first time and we had to ask for the rollaway bed even though the request had been made earlier.

“Well located among great restaurants and shopping, new and beautifully appointed, and the Clemson Tigers beat the FL. State Seminoles, which is why we were there, which made everything wonderful no matter what it was really like.”

• No fridge in room.
