• Complimentary wine and appetizer, social Monday through Thursday evening.
• No social on the weekends.

• The open floor plan, size of room was great!
• Nothing.

• Room layout nice; very clean, staff very helpful.
• Liked everything.

“I was in Dallas for a 4-day conference. I travel very little. This hotel felt like a luxury hotel with every amenity I needed or wanted. It was very clean, I saw a manager-type talking with 3 staff people and they walked around the breakfast room to observe the hidden places where dust often collects. I couldn't hear, but they were obviously talking about the importance of finding all dust, etc. The van took me to the nearby location of the conference everyday, saving the price of a taxi.”

• The size of our room. Most of all the cleanliness of the entire room.
• Our room was located near ice machine.

• Very Roomy.
• Pool small and very strong chlorine smell because it is indoors.

“Very clean, nice rooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Right behind Grapevine Mills mall. Very close to a lot of restaurants.”

• Shuttle, breakfast, comfortable accommodations.
• Rate was high for product, living area cramped.

“For a suburban Airport location hotel, the rate was too high. Overall, accommodations were comfortable but I don't think I¿d stay again for that rate! Some of the 4-star hotels in the city were priced less for holiday weekend, but we needed to be near a relative's home so we chose this location.”

• Bath & dressing area very clean & functional.
• Complete breakfast not ready till after 7am. Sign said 6 am.

“Springhill suites were easy to locate & had plenty of parking even at a late arrival hour. The queen beds were very comfortable. The love seat, chairs, lamps, etc. Were very nice. The overall atmosphere was one of comfort & convenience. I really enjoyed the overnight stay & will probably consider staying there again.”
