• Very nice people working there and rooms very clean.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and look forward to staying there again. Very close to a Dennys for meals as well, just across the parking lot.”

• Staff was very helpful.
• Pool was out of order and my son planned on swimming. Strange smell in room, no bottled water was available for purchase.

“The hotel staff was very nice, but there are no stores or restaurants other than Denny's nearby. There was no bottled water machine so we had no drinking water that evening. The pool was not working so we could not swim. Our room smelled, we switched to another room, but it still smelled.”

• Nice comfortable lobby to have coffee and read the paper in the morning.
• Box springs on beds were too soft and worn out in the room we were given.

• Very convenient to restaurants, night clubs and shopping.
• Lobby printer was out of ink, and when I asked fro a refill cartridge, I was ignored by the desk clerk.

“Very comfortable stay. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Easy to get to form highway. Staff was overall friendly. Room was a little on the small side but was very clean and housekeeping was very friendly. They even changed the sheets during my stay, not just the day I checked out. Was upset that the business center printer ran out of ink while trying to print important documents and when I asked for a refill cartridge I was ignored by the desk clerk.”

• Convenient parking.
• Room was not clean when I opened the door.

“No one came out to greet me when I arrived. Finally got the attendants attention by ringing a buzzer that was hard to see. The room that was assigned to me was at the back of the property. When I opened the door it looked like someone was sleeping in the bed but the bed had not been made from the day before. When I got my new room the phone was so noisy the front desk count not hears me nor could I hear them. I was not given the internet access code and the front desk didn't know it so I had to call the provider. Other than that it was great!”

“Great hotel as a base to run appointments. No hot spot that I could find. Lot's of great restaurants nearby, staff was very helpful and comfortable clean rooms.”

• Hallways hot, someone slammed doors our last night, called front desk 3 times, last time around 2 a.m.

“We enjoyed staying there. Except that someone kept slamming doors and when we called the front desk about the 3rd time, the clerk said, "I guess I'll have to come up there and see if I can see anyone". We weren't offered a discount nor were we offered a free night because of the sleepless night we had. The hallways and elevator were always hot. Smoking rooms should all be on the top floor - not mixed in around non-smoking rooms.”

• The staff was very friendly and having stayed there before, I knew what to expect.
• I would like to see a compact fridge in the room.

“I have relatives in kingwood so this was a great location. The room was as I knew it would be so no surprises there. The shower had lots of hot water and the free breakfast was very nice - nothing unusual from other motels.”

• We were placed in a smoking room without being informed. Very hot in the hotel hallways.

“Very unsatisfactory. We were checked into a smoking room without being informed. Air conditioning in the hallways was turned off in the middle of summer in Houston, TX. No microwave, fridge, or even an ice bucket in the room. Hotel front desk clerk at check-in was very disagreeable.”

• The continental breakfast was very good.
• There was no Christian TV station available.

“The hotel was easy to get to. The personnel was friendly and helpful. I was glad to have 15 minutes of free Internet to check my email. The lobby was very comfortable. The decor also was well done.”

“Hotel was very easy to get into from the freeway. Check in was very fast and without incident. Staff was accommodating to our needs and request while their guest. Very nice place to spend the night.”
