“Inside the walls of this hotel, it is very nice. Step outside and it is noise and concrete walls.” Sep 7, 2009 by
Diane from Kerrville,TX
“The Four Points by Sheraton Memorial City has been recently renovated. We arrived there on Friday afternoon to find happy hour in full swing in the lobby / bar, complete with balloons! I asked to be booked into a double room, but they didn't have any available, so they very helpfully upgraded us to a two room suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed. My key never did quite work right, so the front desk staff had a quick opportunity to learn my name. I would give the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. They always called me by my name after that and we stayed a week. I was very impressed. They had a promotion where you could enjoy the breakfast buffet for no additional charge, but since I was driving my son to school daily we never took advantage, although my husband did, and enjoyed breakfast very much. The king-size bed was very comfortable, with oversize pillows. The sofa sleeper was also comfortable. There was a flat-screen TV in both rooms in our suite, and a wet bar with a complementary bottle of water daily in the living room. There was a comfortable chair with an ottoman and throw pillow in both rooms. The drapes were very dark, and overlapped, so sleeping was never a problem. We would definitely stay at the Four Points Sheraton Memorial City again.” May 17, 2009 by

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was great and the room was very nice. The room was large and had a good amount of storage which was nice since we were staying for a week.” Jan 4, 2009 by

“The hotel presents as a dated high-rise with the motel-like environment from the outside. However, much renovation has take place inside that makes the hotel upscale and spacious. There are several floors of two-room suites that make the hotel inviting, luxurious, and welcoming. I hope to be able to return to this location on my next trip to Houston. The staff was most helpful and professional!” Dec 1, 2008 by

“Clean and comfortable hotel with a nice pool.” Oct 15, 2008 by

“This hotel was wonderful. We had a key within 30 seconds of walking in. The room was huge, even with 4 of us staying in the suite we were able to relax. My kids loved the pool and I liked that the hotel surrounded the pool so you couldn't see the highway. Traffic noise didn't bother us at all. The staff was efficient & friendly. The breakfast was a hot buffet, eggs, bacon etc. With a family the free breakfast saved us at least $25 to eat the same thing at a restaurant. We will stay here again.” Sep 3, 2008 by

“Very clean and the shower pressure was excellent. My stay was very pleasant.” Sep 2, 2008 by

“The Four Points Sheraton is a nice hotel caught in the middle of construction all around it. After the road work is completed Four Points would be more appealing but the rooms are still very cramped. The wait staff at the restaurant only waited on us once and we were the only customers! I had to get them off the phone to get more apple juice for my son. I ordered orange juice and the waitress brought out apple juice for me even after confirming that I wanted orange juice.” Sep 1, 2008 by

“Evening employee at the front desk was more helpful than any employee at any hotel I have ever stayed at and he had a very friendly attitude. I've never met anyone like him in this industry. Housekeeping was wonderful as the room was always clean when I returned from work. When I slept later on the weekends they did not mind returning later in the day to clean the room. The four points by Sheraton is a three star hotel but if it was in a resort area it would qualify as a five star in my book. The bartender was extremely friendly. I hope to be able to stay there again.” Sep 1, 2008 by

“This hotel is one to enjoy. A pleasurable experience and very professional staff. Clean and nicely decorated and prepared. Excellent experience.” May 11, 2008 by

“Hotel was very nice and everything was updated and clean. We stayed during the week and the only problem was some noise coming from the next room. Like construction and the elevator was next to our room and we heard that too. Everything else was very nice. The bar area was modern looking and clean.” May 6, 2008 by
Karen from Sharpsville, PA
“This hotel is in an odd spot with heavy road construction that made it near impossible to come and go from the hotel. The saving grace was the employees and the nice cabana room by the pool. The hotel itself was spotless and I have never met a friendlier hotel staff in all of my travels.” May 5, 2008 by
Robert from Addison, TX

“I enjoyed my stay at the four points in memorial. The room was clean, nice and updated.” May 1, 2008 by

“Hotel was previously taken over by the Star wood chain and renovated extensively. This is a corporate location, not a franchise operation so nothing was skimped in renovations in ensuring guest comfortable. Staff are wonderful and accommodating. Free parking, Wi-Fi, local calling and bottled water at this location. Great access to freeways, but bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as traffic noise is constant.” Apr 30, 2008 by
Daniel from Austin, TX
“The room was great, the service was exceptional and we would recommend this hotel to everyone we know.” Hotel Representatives:
