• The beds were comfortable.
• Very worn and old.

“It was a very old hotel but they did try to clean it. Allot of things could be replaced with new.”

• Fridge and microwave in the room and the hotel was close to stores and restaurants.
• The rooms had a funky smell to them.

“It's a cheap place to stay close to restaurants and store and not far from the parks. I sprayed Lysol everywhere for a clean fresh smell.”

• Filthy, roaches, pillowcase, wallpaper peeling off, smelled, ceiling falling down, no service, fleas. Dirty linen on the bed.

• Nice room.
• Bad area. Not a lot of good people staying at the hotel.

“The hotel was okay. A lot of the people staying there were shady. Looked like a lot of people lived at the hotel. For one night it was okay. The breakfast was fine the next morning. It is a 20 minute drive to Busch Gardens though.”

• Check out was easy.
• Hair and stains in shower, cleanliness was poor.

“Do not stay here. I found hair in the shower, on the shower mat caked with soap, and hair in the beds along with mascara stains on the pillows. When I told management they sent someone to clean the room. She arrived with an unmarked bottle of cleanser and a dish rag. It was horrible.”

• The breakfast was great. Making my own waffle, good.

“The breakfast was great. Good selection of rolls, muffins, and fruit. Pool location in the front of the hotel, right off of route 60, not good. I will never stay at this hotel again. And since I was staying more than one night, the comforter was thrown over the sheets and was done. Bad service.”

• Loved the refrigerator and microwave.
• Didn't smell fresh; needed airing out.

“Nice hotel for a quick stay overnight. Not recommended for family or romantic getaways. Lighting not good (old lamps and fixtures). Otherwise, nice for an overnight stay; which is what I needed it for.”

• Very helpful. When we had a problem they fixed it quickly.
• Wished pool stayed open later.

• They stayed up late to receive us after midnight, enough pillows.
• It was hot, not renovated, bathtub unsafe, bugs, took our towel.

“It was not renovated - the walls were dirty or poorly painted but the bugs were friendly. They gave us 3 towels and took one of our beach towels (which they gave back when we asked). It was not clean or comfortable and I had nothing to hold onto trying to get into the slippery tub. The hotel's continental breakfast was good but still not clean and very crowded. The pool is on the street and very small (picture misleading). Did not appreciate coming back to the room with the curtains open and the lights on.”

• The front desk customer service was very helpful.
• The pool was very small and the building maintenance somewhat undesirable.

“one to two nights it's fine, but wouldn't want to be there for a week. It is perfect for families as it was by restaurants and go-kart facility.”

• It is a bit too far from all the tourist attractions.

“If you are looking only for a place to sleep, look elsewhere. This property seems like it is an inferior property that bought a couple of Ramada signs. The room was musty smelling. The shower curtain had stains that looked like blood. The fruit served for the continental breakfast was bruised and moldy while the other items in the breakfast were not restocked. Once they were out, too bad. The breakfast room door had to be propped open with a chair. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by.”

• Location was convenient.
• The toilet didn't work in our room so we had to move.

“The room was not very clean, and the toilet was broken (and had been used) upon entering the room- so we had to move to a new room immediately. while the management was friendly, they did not know a great deal about the tourist attractions and were unable to even point us in the right direction to find relevant information room was right next to the ice/vending machines and we had to listen to a loud squealing all night.”

• It has lots of parking.
• Poor service, room was in very poor condition.

“This hotel was in disrepair and needed many upgrades just to get to a Ramada standard. The breakfast was very substandard and was very seldom restocked, we only ate there 1 time even though it was included in cost of the room. Order room with Queen beds and was given full, when asked told all they have are full. The towels are old and small. Our room had woodwork that was not attached to where it was supposed to be. The Bathtub was clogged and took a while to fix, even though it did finally get fixed. Linen was just not great quality and the pillows were not fit for a child, far from what a adult would need. Over all I was VERY disappointed with this hotel. While in my price range the quality is not in anyone's range. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. ”

• Free Hi Speed Internet service.
• The room had a bunch of chipped paint, bath room was dirty!

“I cannot believe that this is a Ramada Hotel. It is not even a hotel but a motel. I don't know how it got a 2 star rating. Very disappointed I did love the chipped paint and the dirty bathroom along with some funky smell. No more Ramada stays!”

• Not all rooms had microwaves in them.

“Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our second night their was unplanned, so we had to get a different room. The second room had no microwave. Even though it was about 11:00PM the hotel staff allowed us to use the microwave in the breakfast room to pop our popcorn for the kids snack.”

• The staff was quick to fix problems and easy to get along with.
• The rooms were in generally poor condition & in need of deep cleaning.

“While we were treated very well by the staff, the general upkeep of the rooms was poor, even for a 2-star hotel. The beddings and towels seemed clean enough, but the rest of the room seemed in desperate need of deep-cleaning. Though they advertise a pool, be advised it is very tiny. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep overnight, then for the price, this might work. But if you're looking for ambiance and a sparkling room, forget it.”

• Did not find the place very safe, most appliances in the room were not working.

“-> Did not have a very pleasant experience. The moment we landed there, we witnessed a near by guest car being stolen in front of our eyes.-> Most of the appliances in the room, from hair dryer to the Safe vault were not working.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom was full of mold and stunk. When I opened my towel a roach fell out and the shower head only worked partly so the water flow was horrible.”

• Directions to motel were correct. Easy to find.
• Room unclean/ Dated furnishings/ Dark/ AC Not cool.

“Anticipated a "Ramada" experience but to our displeasure, not a motel we would recommend. Room was dated and air conditioning did not cool adequately. Continental breakfast very sketchy and limited. Attendant not very friendly. Cancellation policy vague and rigid.”

• Distance to locations was acceptable.. staff was friendly, they provided us with plenty of information and literature regarding attractions.
• No service items .. limited towels .. not very clean.. smoking room was unacceptable.

“Overall the hotel was not worth the money. the rooms were not clean. we were not given enough towels the rooms were stale. there was no attendant in the breakfast room, so missing items were not replaced. Could not find spoons or water. I would not go back to this hotel, left a bad impression on your company, if I got this type or kind of hotel this time, what would I get next time. Overall I was not able to sleep well at night, the sheets and pillows were nasty. Everything smelled stale or old. Not a very good experience.”

• The rooms were bigger than expected and the hotel was quiet and calm.
• The appeal of the room was a bit outdated, the walls paint was chipping off as well as the wall itself.

“The breakfast was delicious, the beds and rooms were neatly kept, great condition, friendly staff. Highly recommended.”
