“The rooms were nice and clean. My Father's wheel was stolen in the parking lot near the main entrance and left on cinder blocks. After having the staff call the police, we filed a report then had to spend the entire day getting it repaired...keep in mind this was on the day we were supposed to head to Busch Gardens with the entire family. My Father didn't end up going and spent $500 on the repairs and was exhausted after this and decided to sleep in the hotel.” Jul 21, 2009 by

“I enjoyed my stay and would come back to stay again when I visit Williamsburg, VA. The complimentary breakfast is also great.” Jul 20, 2009 by

“The room and hotel were pretty good overall, but the most important thing to me in a hotel is the comfort of the bed. The beds at the hotel were very hard and didn't provide the comfort you'd expect from a three-star hotel.” Jul 3, 2009 by
Patti from Duryea,PA
“The room was a good size and the lobby area was very nice. The staff was nice and very helpful. Somehow we lost our directions from Busch Gardens and over the phone someone from the hotel gave us excellent, step by step instructions. There was free breakfast with eggs and waffles a good variety of fruit, cereal, beagles and muffins. It made it easy to get out and get an early start on the day. There were free cookies throughout the day too! The breakfast area wasn't huge so it probably gets overcrowded later in the summer. Easy access to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and plenty of restaurants on the same street as the hotel.” Jun 15, 2009 by

“Room was nice but could use some picture/decorations on the walls-large expanses of blank wall; stayed 4 nights and found a pair of childs socks under the bed as we were leaving so the cleaning staff obviously had not checked; the fitness area was a major disappointment.” Mar 21, 2008 by

“Two differant rooms we stayed in were infested with roaches and the management refused to do anything. The General manager in partilular was very disagreeable and rude. This dump ruined our vacation. Stay away!” 5 of 5 people found this review helpful.Feb 17, 2005 by

“All in all, I'd use this hotel from now on for my visits to Williamsburg, if I can get the good rates, and will consider other locations as well, and I will recommend it to family and friends.” Hotel Representatives:
