• All stated above. Its a coalhole.

“This hotel is complete trash. The staff is incompetent. The hotel is not the cleanest. It sits Off a busy Highway. Stay in the City, in Dallas you'll thank me. This hotel is complete backwoods. They charged me 30% tax each day I stayed. 30% tax in Texas? What a rip off New York hotels do not even charge that much. All I have to say is "stay away ". All the Good reviews are obviously written by the hotel staff to trick people to stay at this crappy hotel.”

“This hotel is filthy, and the employee's are very rude. They ripped me off on the hotel, and stole money from my account. Avoid at all cost.”

• Hotel is dirty. Cable doesnt work, and they bait and switch prices once at hotel.

“My family stayed at this hotel Thanksgiving week. This hotel is a rip off and is not very clean. They don't have the TV channels promised. The beds feels like bed bugs are on it. Do your self a favor and stay in downtown Dallas. You'll be much happier.”

• Hotel staff were great. And the cleanliness was super.
• Having to do a U turn just to get to this property is a hassle.

• Easy to get to,restaurants close by&WalMart,microwave&Ref in room

“Great hotel, I would stay again. Easy to get to , lots of restaurants, Chilis, Cheddars, Luby's, WalMart. Very quiet, great continental breakfast.”
