• Right next to the freeway for easy commute.
• I can't think of any.

• The owner/manager was very friendly & helpful.
• There was phlem on the wall of the room and broken glass under the bed. The chair in the room was about to fall apart and phone & lamps didn't work.

“Needs a lot of work as far as cleanliness and repair go.”

• The not enough staff, some working 24 hr shifts.

• Friendly staff.
• Noise level in hallway.

“Great hotel for the price & the staff were very pleasant. I did hear a lot of noise around 3am in the hallway. Found out that the room across the hall was having a little 'party'. Also someone was smoking 'pot' the next morning on the same floor. Could smell it. Housekeeping alerted the manager.”

• Pet friendly and user friendly.
• It was all good overall.

“By the time we got to the hotel it was about 8:30 pm and we hadn't eaten yet. We wanted to swim that evening, but the gate was already locked. When I asked the manager he politely said he would unlock the gate and by the time we got our suits on it was open and ready for us to swim. Very good service.”

• It was nice and clean
• The breakfast only had waffles, the staff was a bit rude, and our blankets stunk!

“It was okay. It was clean and kind of comfortable. The breakfast only had waffles, weird tasting muffins, and some cereal. In our room, some of the blankets stunk, bad. In the halls, it was extremely hot, and the rooms were cold. At niter, they shut off their sign, so from the interstate, you can't see it. But for the price, it was okay.”

• Close to major points of interest (rest., shopping, college)
• Would probably be too quiet for families.

“Great budget hotel for someone just needing a clean place to stay; very convenient to shopping, local colleges, and many restaurants; the make-your-own waffles at the breakfast bar were delicious!”

• Staff was great, room was clean and ready to occupy.
• The carpet was somewhat worn and the TV picture quality was poor.

“Check in was very easy and no wait to check out. Room was very clean and amenities included refry, microwave and an unusual number of channels on the TV. We went to the races at tams and the hotel was very accessible. If we return again next year under the same conditions will probably elect to stay there again. Thanks.”

• It was in a good location for where we were going only 5 miles away from TWU.
• The room was very poor, I felt dirty in there the walls were not painted all the way.

“First of all I will not be staying in this motel again. The room felt very dirty, I would not even walk on the floor without my shoes. The walls were half painted you can see were they started and didn't finish. The continental breakfast was a joke! The area of the hotel was good if you are going to be visiting TWU it is only a couple of miles away. There are a lot of restaurants in the area within walking distant.”

• Not much of a hotel but it was convenient for getting to our visit.
• Poor quality pillows, towels, TV and updated decor. Door to bathroom wouldn't close inside door frame.

“They need to spend some money to upgrade the whole facility. Maybe it was ok fifteen years ago, but not now.”

• Convenient; enjoyed the continental breakfast.
• The bed pillows.

“Great price for a short stay motel. Clean rooms and baths. Recommend they purchase better bed pillows and pillow cases. Otherwise, we plan to use this motel again in the future.”

• Convenient to University of North Texas, clean bathrooms.
• Old furnishings, uncomfortable beds, staff not willing to make you comfortable.

“Good location, but needs friendlier staff that cares about the customer, needs to update mattresses and chairs. The room I was in had a old tragedy smelly chair and the mattress was springy and very uncomfortable. I told the lady at the front desk and she said, well didn't you sleep on it last night? I said I had to sleep on it to know that it was very uncomfortable because we both woke up with backaches and headaches. ”
