“Great location and convenience for visit to Mayo Clinic.” Aug 9, 2009 by
Jeff from Saint James,MN
“This hotel is not handicapped accessible. Do not stay here if you have any mobility issues. I was at undergoing workup at Mayo clinic after a hip fracture one week previous. The two doors to get into the front door are not automatic and are not staffed. I had great difficulty getting into the place and manuevering throughout the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel for anybody with even a slight mobility problem.” Aug 4, 2009 by
Patricia from Grand Island,NE
“Overall, the hotel was good, and I would definately stay there again. Can't say enough about the friendly, helpful staff. Also, the shuttle service was terrific. It was nice to have the refrigerator. However, we just had a double bed, and are used to a king-size bed, that was a little tricky!!” Aug 4, 2009 by
Mary from West Bend,WI
“For our one night stay, the Staybridge was very adequate. We prefer having a suite with a separate bedroom but the sofabed in the same room for our teenager was fine. The full size refrigerator in the kitchen was very helpful. The MW, stove, dishes & sink w/dish soap would have been helpful if we were staying longer. The room smelled very fresh and clean. The pool and whirlpool were small, but clean.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Mark from Woodbridge,VA “Upon checking into the hotel, I questioned the front desk about why my room did not have two beds for two individuals staying there. The front desk clerk said there was nothing I could do and had to accept it. I then filled out an appropriately detailed customer satisfaction card explaining the situation. I then left a message on the general manager's voice mail that the reservation was not correct. Within thirty minutes, the general manager was at the front door of the hotel room and said that I had to leave the premises. Because of my complaints, they would not honor the reservation or return my payment for the entire 5 night stay. I then was forced to find another hotel at 10 pm at night. Several days later, I was notified by my credit card company of some suspicious activity. When I followed up on this, I found out that Stay bridge suites had given my credit card information to another hotel as well who was also charging me for nights stay despite the fact that I never went to this hotel or contacted them. When I attempted to contact the general manager to ask her about this she hung up the phone twice and refused to comment on how my credit card information was given to other businesses. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.” May 2, 2008 by
Adam from Albert Lea, MN
“The only requirement to us staying in a hotel was must have clean nice pool area and nice rooms the pool was closed the entire time we we're there and if we had been aware I wouldnt have stayed.” Hotel Representatives:
