• The breakfast was excellent!
• You had to pull the doors to enter the hotel instead of push, which would be easier when carrying suitcases.

“The room was nice and clean. We were given plenty of pillows and towels, which we usually have to call down and request more of. The breakfast was included with our stay was excellent! The front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly in suggesting places for a late night snack!”

• It was ok, except for the breakfast.
• Breakfast.

“We went down for breakfast at 8 am and there wasn't much food, no plates, napkins, etc. I asked if someone would replenish the food and they said it would take about 15 minutes. Well, that is not "express". No one was monitoring the food, we had to ask and there were about 12 people or so there with nothing to eat.”

• I liked the location and the pool area.
• The cleaning department and clerical snafus.

“Towels and coffee bar were not replenished. Our bathroom in both rooms was only cleaned 2 out of the 5 days. There were clerical snafus that took some time to fix.”

• Room was clean and more than adequate.
• Lobby was small and dark. Area for breakfast was tight.

“Room was fine. The location was a bit removed from the interstate, but travel time in Lincoln wasn't too bad.”

• Clean, comfortable, nice pool, hot tub, great location to find.
• I wish they would provide a morning paper in the hospitality room.

“We had a wonderful stay with comfortable beds, easy access, and a very nice continental breakfast. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay.”

• The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
• The front desk person could not give us directions to Pershing Auditorium. I left something behind and called to ask if they found it.

“The accommodations were very nice. The hotel staff was friendly, but could have been a little more knowledgeable about the area. I also left something behind in the room and when I called to inquire about it I could barely understand the person on the phone because they were mumbling too much.”

• The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
• The elevator is not yet in service so I had to carry bags up the stairs.

“My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very satisfactory with a variety of foods.”
