• The elevator to get to the third floor.
• Everything.

“First room toilet did not flush and phone did not work! Second room toilet still wouldn't flush, shower wouldn't turn off and chairs had huge stains on them!”

• Hallways smelled of smoke.

“Nice comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean rooms, better than average continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy.”

• Only concern was the shower head in bath.

• It was very clean and roomy. Continental breakfast was a great feature, too!
• Nothing.

“This hotel was clean and had more room then most hotels. The beds were very comfortable. I especially liked the fact that there were no dirty, dark bedspreads on the beds. Bedding was all white and all washable the way it appeared. The continental breakfast carried a nice assortment of foods. Loved the pool and fitness rooms. The rooms were clean and very inviting to stay in. We would go back, as we enjoyed our stay very much!”

• Very clean beds and bed spreads.
• Pool a bit small.

“Everyone was extremely considerate and the hotel was very clean. I liked the sheets that were over and under the comforter - knowing they could be changed and washed so easily made me feel so much better about the cleanliness of the bed cover. The continental breakfast buffet was very nice, nice variety, and staff kept it very well stocked and clean. I would seek out a holiday inn express now while traveling after having stayed at this one.”
