• Free breakfast, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, popcorn, coffee 24/7.
• Nothing.

“We drive 5 hours once a month to visit our Son. When we arrive we are very tired from the trip. The Holiday Inn is extremely clean, with the most comfortable beds, friendly stall, fresh popcorn, fresh fruit and coffee 24/7 what more can you want when you drive that distance. We love the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi and the hours are perfect! Breakfast is good and plentiful with a nice variety. Very close to the outlets and some good restaurants. The front desk staff will give you discount cards for local eateries. Great place!”

• Good location, clean and professional staff. Breakfast was good.

“If you like shopping and can afford a weekend getaway, this hotel is perfect. Less than a mile from the Mercer Outlet Mall (which contains factory outlets and first tier designer shops) The Holiday Inn Express of Mercer is just great. Clean, comfortable and staffed by friendly and efficient people, the experience here was very pleasant and quite satisfactory.”

• Large room, comfortable bed, close to shopping.
• No hot water first day, but plenty on the second day.

“We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was clean, breakfast was adequate. There was a nice indoor pool and small gym area. Staff was helpful and pleasant.”

• Clean, upscale, close to outlet stores.
• Breakfast was not good, hot tub was not working.

• Pool hours were great.
• Dining area, breakfast bar was too crowded.

“The hotel staff was adequate. Beds and bathroom were comfortable. Facilities were clean and orderly. However, room was very loud, too close to ice machine. Room was not very quiet. A lot of noise resonating from third floor. Will be better prepared next time.”

“The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Would like to see hotel keep food in stock at the continental breakfast buffet. Hotel needs to keep sidewalks and parking lots clear of ice in winter. Overall the hotel was nice but the room a little average for what I paid per night.”

“This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were comfortable. I felt very safe as I was traveling alone without my husband and with 2 young kids.”

• There was nothing I didn't like.

“I'm a big fan of Holiday Inn and this one was no exception. It was close to all the activities I wanted to do while I was there. The staff was real friendly and made my stay there very nice.”
