• The location near the airport.
• The hotel is not well kept.

“Beware! The hotel does not make the quest aware of its cancellation policy. The manager is rude and the hotel floors, carpet is filthy. The common grounds are not maintained and the indoor air is not fresh (poorly filtered). Do not spend your money there.”

“We stayed here for the dizzy dean world series. Everything was great. 8-10 minutes from Snowden Grove (such a plus!). The past three or more years coming for the World Series, we ended up staying in Memphis (which is a 25-30 minute drive to the ball park). There is not a hotel Laundromat but less than 1 mile, is right at airways next door, to Citgo. You can drop clothes off and pick up pre-treated, washed, dried and folded, very reasonable price, trustworthy attendant. The entire staff at the Holiday Inn is excellent! The breakfast is delicious. Breakfast host is the best! your Mom/Grand mom away from home! We still think about her. She came to the car as we were leaving and hugged us. Look for her when you get there! Also the pool is immaculate, the fridge in the room has a separate freezer (very baseball/softball friendly). So, if you think your ball team may be going next summer, call early. You won't regret it!”

• Check in was very fast and the desk clerk was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean.
• I would prefer a later check out time.

“Overall it is a very nice property and a good value. The common areas are clean and maintained and the rooms are clean as well.”

• Met my expectations.
• Pool water was clean but the bottom had stains.
