“Hotel smelled old and paint fumes were everywhere. Also we stayed 2 nights and had to ask front desk to have room cleaned. Staff still did not clean room even after asked to do so.” Aug 9, 2008 by
Teresa from Pollok, TX
“It's good for the price. Don't expect any frills. It's clean (when you get there. They forgot to clean our room while we were out for the day.” May 30, 2008 by
Sherri from Waxahachie, TX
“While this hotel was by no means a luxury hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by it's friendly staff and the fact that it has been recently updated. We had a TV with cable, a refrigerator, blow dryer, coffee maker with coffee(s) and creamer. It is right off the highway and only five or six miles from the casinos. It's not in a good neighborhood, but they have gone to great lengths to make it a safe and attractive place. We would definitely stay again.” Jul 19, 2007 by
Tobin from Texarkana, AR
“It was overly crowded, loud, obnoxious patrons. Not in a good part of town, minimum if any security. Overpriced for the old furnishings in the room. I would not stay here again.” Apr 29, 2007 by
Kevin from Aberdeen, MD
“We were pleased with the friendly and hospitable employees. Accommodations were adequate but the ac unit in the room had an annoying squeak.” Mar 28, 2007 by
Daniel from Baton Rouge, LA
“Overall this hotel was just what I needed. I was in town for a cycling race. I was no more than ten miles from each event. The staff was very helpful and friendly.” Mar 3, 2007 by
James from Collierville, TN
“The hotel was well lighted, clean, convenient, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I plan to stay there regularly when I travel to Shreveport.” Jan 4, 2007 by

“Overall stay was pleasant.” Nov 14, 2006 by

“Shreveport is not a safe city. As a result, when I approached my otherwise "remotely located room" the exterior door was standing open. Unlocked.” Jun 2, 2006 by
Dee from Balko, OK
“The couch had a big rip on the arm with the insides of it coming out. The cushions had holes in the material. There was no remote control for one of the TVs.” Feb 22, 2006 by
Robin from Saint Amant, LA
“Great value. Minor changes could greatly improve the stay such as softer mattresses and having the maids not vacuum the hallways early in the mornings. Also, the maids kept knocking on our door to see if they could come in to clean it. This is the first time that maids have ever inconvenienced us in that way. Other hotels have better maid service and wait till at least mid-morning to vacuum the halls or wait till we check out before they try to come in and clean. We did like the express check out and the shower a lot.” Hotel Representatives:
