• Clean, nothing shabby or dated, comfortable beds and nice linens, decent breakfast.

• Was not down town.

“It was great a great stay overall. It was close to the mall and a few restaurants. Downtown was about 8 mins away, that was the only downside.”

• I loved the whirlpool tub in the room; it was very relaxing for me due to my arthritis.
• The breakfast bar could have been better, like eggs and bacon and such.

“The hotel is very nice, had a wonderful view from our 5th floor room. I would definitely come and stay again.”

• They were helpful helping us find our way around the town.
• No complains.

“The hotel served my purpose well. I did not eat breakfast as it was not all that great. My purpose was only to sleep there. The room was clean and quite.”

• Nice lobby and good beds.
• The non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke.

“The hotel had a nice lobby and the room had great beds, pillows, etc. However, when we went in the room it smelled like a cheap old smoky hotel room. That was disappointing. Also, the hot breakfast was all on Styrofoam and the eggs were little patties. The biscuits were inedible.”

• Location was close to local attractions.
• Due to construction work at the hotel glue and varnish fumes were so strong I developed a severe headache.

“Would not recommend this hotel to anyone while construction work is still in progress. The hotel was dusty due to the construction with varnish and glue fumes thick enough to cause headaches. Until the construction work is finished do yourself a favor and stay some where else.”

• Easy access to highway and restaurants.
• Rooms are functional, but basic.

“Recommend this as a one or two knighted. Not very functional for more than a couple day stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable.”

• There is no restaurant at the hotel but the expanded continental breakfast was fantastic!
• No restaurant or store to buy sundries; not enough luggage dollies.

“My husband and I traveled with our four children at Christmastime. It was almost 11 pm by the time we checked in, but the staff was friendly and courteous. Our rooms fit our basic needs, the beds were pretty comfy. We booked two non-smoking rooms, which we got and they were next door to each other-good! When our plans to visit the Biltmore didn't work out on a rainy day we received some good suggestions from the gentleman at the front desk of things to do. The complimentary breakfast was not elaborate but more than ample for us and was very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Very clean, wireless internet access.
• Parking far from building - shortage of luggage carts.

“Excellent location just off interstate. Very good free breakfast with many items. Well decorated and quiet. Rooms had balconies, but each was next to the other with no separation or privacy Very excellent bathroom and fixtures.”

• Fairly new, nice lobby, very nice staff.
• Some of the workmanship in the room wasn't up to par.
