• Early morning fire alarm from a waffle in breakfast room and uncaring desk clerk.

• Very comfortable bed and down-like pillows. Newer hotel, and very clean. Big breakfast included.
• One way entry. You had to go up the block and make a u-turn in order to make the entrance.

“Very nice, newer hotel. I spent 7 nights and have no complaints. I also had to work while I was there, and the hotel is wireless, had no problems with my laptop. Hotel had no working fax, since they are not set up for the business traveler, but they are close to an office max, so I could make things work for me with little trouble. I would stay there again.”

• We stayed here on our wedding night and the staff was very nice and friendly to us.
• They were only able to give us 2 queen beds instead of one king because we used.

“The location was very convenient to the mall, the Biltmore and other shopping places. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to meet our needs. It made our wedding night very special to us. I definitely recommend this hotel!”

• Close to major roads/highways, friendly staff, well appointed room.
• Continental breakfast was somewhat subpar.

“Having never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites before I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was every easy to locate (just off interstate 26 across from the mall), well light and very clean (both outer appearance and inside; lobby, halls, elevator and room. I was especially impressed w/ the staff; they were very helpful, informative and professional. Other things worthy of noting: computer/internet access, laundry room, outdoor pool, exercise room and an outside faucet (it came in handy for washing my mountain bike!). I look forward to my next trip to Asheville and will definitely stay at that hotel again.”

• It was clean and comfortable.
• It is inconvenient to park and get in and out of the parking lot.

“This is a nice hotel in a good area. The road in front of the hotel has a lane divider. As a result you can only enter the hotel from one direction and leave in the opposite. We got the room across from the elevator, but it was still quite. I believe the nearby Hampton and Fairfield hotels rate a higher star level than the Country Inn and Suites.”

• Rooms clean bed comfortable lots of pillows.
• Week end rates when you are staying several days.

“Very helpful, clean, lots of pillows, mattress very comfortable. We stayed in this hotel chain in TENN, on this same trip. Weekend rates should NOT change if someone is staying several days.”

• The full breakfast
• Your e-mail said I could change my room to a King. The hotel said you had a lock on my reservation, therefore they could not change the room to a king.

“Excellent except for 13 above.”

• Very clean and homey.
• Very small parking lot and cannot turn left out of the lot.

“I was very pleased with the hotel cleanliness and the staff. The breakfast was complimentary, and very good, and the server was great at organizing the cooking, serving, etc.”
