“For business travelers to the world trade center, this hotel is wonderful. For leisure travelers, it was sort of tucked away from the downtown area, which made for some pricey cab fares.” Sep 23, 2007 by
Nancy from Albany, NY
“Since it's in the waterfront - you don't have to fight Boston traffic to get into the parking garage. From there it's connected to the large lobby complete with a nice looking restaurant (we didn't eat there) a bar, a Starbucks and several free internet equipped computers. Overall, the hotel had lots of nice amenities like bathrobes, high quality soaps and shampoos and cotton balls and q-tips for your use in the bathroom. The sheets and towels were plush and everything was very comfortable. The only negative was that there was a small cleanliness issue in our room with some coffee grounds in the sink and a little dirt on the floor but for what I paid.” Sep 18, 2007 by

“Outstanding hotel.” Aug 25, 2007 by
Sheila from Woburn, MA
“Beautiful waterfront hotel close to all, yet far enough away to be very peaceful, and romantic. You cant beat the Boston harbor, or skyline view!” Aug 22, 2007 by
Maureen from Garden City, NY
“Room had 2 double beds, not queens and was quite small.” Jul 25, 2007 by
Marcus from Branford, CT
“This is a great hotel for a weekend getaway with that someone special or for the business traveler.” Jul 6, 2007 by
Kathi from New London, NH
“The hotel was nice and had many neat features but I was on the water but had no water view. The room was small. I asked for an upgrade but they said an additional $75 for water view. It was pretty far from Fanuiel Hall; $6 cab ride.” May 1, 2007 by
Peggie from Braintree, MA
“A very nice hotel with great facilities. Perfect location in Boston.” Apr 27, 2007 by
Amy from Meridian, ID
“Excellent service, very nice accommodations.” Apr 26, 2007 by
Laurie from Yarmouth, ME
“Public areas were very appealing. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location a bit out of the way for leisure travel. Room could have had better quality bedding (including pillows) and furniture. Bath could have had better toiletries such as a shower cap. Because of function capacity, hotel room was noisy in late evening-revelers in hall.” Apr 25, 2007 by
Mike from Cheshire, CT
“The hotel is very attractive. Rooms are large and very accommodating. The lobby and lobby restaurant/bar were very nice. The front desk person was very professional and pleasant. The hotel asks that you don¿t tip. I would have liked free parking, however the parking was convenient and the cost of 29 per day I wouldn¿t let that deter me from staying there again.” Apr 22, 2007 by
Mark from Bridgewater, MA
“Overall the hotel was average for a 4 star. The hot breakfast buffet was cold. Also we had another hotel visitor show up at our door early Sunday morning thinking it was their room as the hotel inappropriately gave them the wrong room. The hotel staff apologized but really seemed to lack any true concern.” Apr 10, 2007 by
Kelli from Nantucket, MA
“It was a nice surprise, and convenient for our purposes: game at the garden, then quick access to 93 south to get home.” Mar 29, 2007 by
Donald from Bristol, RI
“Clean, comfortable and the price is right!” Mar 14, 2007 by
Mark from Wilbraham, MA
“People should be warned about the parking fees and the food is expensive. It is a very nice hotel, the bar is open to the dining area so it is not very kid friendly but it is very nice for business travel or a weekend get away.” Oct 30, 2006 by
Fran from Albany, NY
“Excellent location; easily accessible by the main roads yet acts like a private resort. Am making plans to stay here on my future Boston visits” Aug 3, 2006 by
Steve from Pittsburgh, PA
“Nice rooms, good food, excellent service. The no tip policy was also quite nice as it eliminated the need to keep dollar bills in your pocket at the ready.” Jun 28, 2006 by
Jeannine from West Springfield, MA
“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It took almost 2 hours to get our bags to our room. It took almost 1 hour to get service in the restaurant. Forget about the service in the lounge. It was extremely overpriced. The room rate in comparison to the staff was outrageous. It was, however, conveniently located next to the venue where we were going. To me the hotel and staff were not prepared for the amount of activity going on. I have worked at Avon Old Farms Hotel. Look it up. It blows the Seaport away.” May 31, 2006 by
Mark from Norton, MA
“1st class hotel in staff, location, amenities and appearance.” Apr 21, 2006 by
Steve from Buckhannon, WV
“The Seaport Hotel has spacious rooms. The friendly and efficient staff works for you from check in through check out and beyond. The hotel restaurant is exceptional. It compares favorably with Boston's better restaurants. The hotel shuttle really takes the stress out of getting to the next leg of your adventure. Another stress reducer for your stay is the hotel's gratuities included policy. The Seaport is the hotel industry's EASY BUTTON.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 4, 2005 by
