• Location.

“Good location but is very noisy in the morning. There is no way you could sleep past six-thirty in the morning.”

• Safety - the fact that you could not get to your floor via the elevator without your room key.
• Noise in the hallway in the middle of the night.

“Hotel rooms were meticulous. Location was great. We utilized the hotel valet parking service and had no complaints. I was kept awake by other guests across the hall between 2:30-5:00 am because they were partying in the hallway. I do have to say that I did not contact the front desk because I kept hoping that it would stop. I do feel though, that I had I contacted the front desk, that the issue would have been resolved. Security was obvious and prevalent onsite.”

• Price and location.
• While not bad, some of the plumbing/hardware needed repair or upgrading.

“The hotel was in an excellent location for downtown Boston, was clean, the employees were courteous, and they had reasonably priced parking(for Boston). The room was nicely furnished, but the door on the bathroom didn't fit well, the water was but Luke warm, fixtures were marginally okay. The restaurant facilities were limited.”

“This hotel is in a great location but there are other hotels nearby that offer better quality for the price. It is an older property that has not been remodeled and it shows. Linens are worn, wallpaper is musty and rooms smell like cigarette smoke.”

“I was really impressed by the Radisson. I had driven and walked past it dozens of times when I worked in Boston and never really gave it a second look. I was very, very impressed by how nice, clean, and convenient it was.”

• Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location to many attractions. In the center of Boston.
• Parking was expensive.

“The hotel was located in the heart of downtown Boston. Many local attractions were within walking distance or via the T. There is hotel parking either valet or self park. We requested a quite room because my wife and I are light sleepers. The hotel granted our request and gives us a corner room. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.”

“While the hotel was a nice hotel, I thought it was a stretch to say it's in Copley Square. And the bathroom could use some rework. But for the price, I'd say it wasn't too bad and I might stay there again.”

• We enjoyed the sleep number beds, location, and bathroom fixtures/ tub were nice.
• The balcony door was very difficult to close and lock, and I was working out in the gym and you couldn't turn the TV off (annoying show was on).

“We really enjoyed our stay. The Hotel room had some nice updates but some things were still a little dated. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was in a great location for what we wanted to do in Boston. My only complaint was that the balcony door was difficult to close and lock (on the 20th floor that made me very nervous with small kids). I would definately stay there again.”

“Great hotel. Perfect location about two blocks from the Arlington T station and the rooms were very spacious. The sleep number bed was also a nice touch. Only missing a flat-screen TV.”

“Staff were warm and inviting along with knowledge of some great local eateries. The bell hop just inside the main doors was especially friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. Only issue was with the price of parking. For having stayed at the hotel, the price of parking could have been reduced for guests.”

• The sleep number bed was extremely comfortable. The location was superb for our needs.
• The extra $39 for parking our car was disappointing.

“The location was great if you're going to Boston for any type of play. The restaurants were superb. The rooms were very clean and the lines quite comfortable. The sleep number bed was wonderful!”

• The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely done.
• There was no hair dryer and the walls were a bit drab.

“It is a nice place to stay, but as an interior designer, I think that rooms could have a bit more style. Its a tad sterile inside, but over-all very pleasant for the average person.”

• Old, shabby room.

“This hotel promised a balcony with each room, but the door to the balcony was locked. The room looked very old and worn. The beds were very uncomfortable, the room and bathroom weren't really clean. The location however was great. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for years!”

• The bed was very comfortable and the view of the city was excellent. It was so close to the attractions that we wanted to see that we walked.
• The bathroom was too small.

“We have stayed at other hotels including a Radisson before and this was one of our favorites. We are looking forward to staying there again and this time we will bring our family. Great place!”

• Really clean, nice staff, beautiful rooms
  with huge bed and 2 balconies, pretty fast elevators, great location.
• No fridge.

• It was clean, the staff was for the most part friendly.
• Concierge service was too busy to help us, asked the bell captain.

“This hotel could be classified as a business person's hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, except make sure you don't bother the concierge. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location in the heart of the theatre distract was very nice, close to all the historic attractions of Boston, we walked mostly. Close to restaurants. All in all a nice place to stay.”

“While the hotel is older, the room was clean and maintained, however, the halls, elevator and lobby were dirty and smelly. The location was great for doing downtown Boston. Parking was $30.”

“The hotel is located nearby Boylston Subway station and in the Theater District. The hotel is nice and clean, just the pool and fitness area lacks a lot of the standard that the rest of the hotel has. Also the hotel restaurant hast just a spare selection that features only Hamburgers and Sandwiches.”

• My son is now a student at Emerson College. Location of Radisson is perfect, amenities of hotel are very good. No complaints.
• Very expensive to park car in hotel garage. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly with the exception of one desk clerk who was very rude.

“For the business traveler or leisure traveler this hotel is great. Location and amenities were perfect for us. I would stay here always when visiting my son at Emerson College.”

• I used the parking garage 1 day and the scanner did not take my ticket. Had to get another one.

• Centrally located in downtown Boston. Sleep number beds and a balcony! Wonderful!
• The cost of parking - $31/day is a little too much!

“If you're going to be in Boston sight-seeing this is the place to stay! It's centrally located in downtown Boston within easy driving distance to the whole Boston experience from the Old North Church to Independence Hall to Boston Commons (walking distance) to Fen way Park to Cape Cod. After all of the sight-seeing you come back to a clean inviting room with a sleep number bed! My only complaint is the cost of parking at the hotel.”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was extremely clean and attractive. Beds were very comfy but the sleep number controllers didn't seem to work right. The view from the room wasn't great but I wasn't expecting to be on the top floor. The common areas were clean and nicely decorated. One thing I really liked was after a certain time at night the elevator wouldn't let you off on any floor but your own and you had to have your room card (great security feature). The front desk clerk barely said two words to us which is the only reason I didn't give a 10 for the overall rating. The other staff we encountered was helpful and friendly especially the valet (and we self parked), he made a great first impression. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.”

• The location was ideal.
• Hallways have no air conditioning and were very warm.

“This hotel is in a great location in Theatre District and is about a 5 minute walk from the Boylston Metro Station. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean and up to the standard we expect from Radisson. The air conditioners in the room are a little noisy, and there is no A/C in the hallways outside of the rooms. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.”
