• Clean, nice lobby, friendly staff.
• Bathroom dated, no free breakfast.

“We only stayed a night, passing through. Nice comfortable hotel. A bit too close to highway, but did not bother us too much. We all slept well. Did not use any of facilities. Free wired internet, although cable had the little clip broken, so I had to position my laptop so that it wedged the cable tight, not a big deal at all, was just happy to have free internet after reading that it was not included. Staff was friendly & efficient (front desk). Would stay there again.”

• The room was very comfortable and clean with a king size bed, lots of pillows and a view from the window.
• The pool area was dark and gloomy, messy (a lot of stuff lying around).

“This is a perfect hotel for me in terms of location, atmosphere, and features. I enjoy the openness of the atrium and the recreational offerings. The staff have been very accommodating in the several visits I've had there.”

• Great beds, spacious, convenient, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate guestroom and bath.
• Fee for internet in the guestrooms.

“The Sheraton 4Points was welcoming from the moment we walked through the automatic doors. Free internet in the lobby business center was helpful. The guestroom was spacious, with lots of pillows, comfortable mattresses, and attractive decor. This location is very convenient to I79 and the Pa Turnpike with a variety of restaurants and shopping within a mile.”

• I loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The swim-through window was cool!
• The bedspreads were so heavy that they would not stay on the bed at night.

“We had a great experience for Mom, 2 grandparents, and 2 children (ages 4 and 11). They loved the pool and the glass elevators. The view into the atrium from our room window was fun for them, too. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable.”

• It was in a convenient location - near the airport and near shops restaurants, etc.
• The first room we were in at the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking.

“It was a friendly hotel with pleasant staff that accommodated us and our needs. We made a request for a move and they were quick to help us in an understanding way. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family alike.”

“Ice machine broken, dresser & TV blocked the mirror, appeared furniture not intended for the room. Room stunk of cigarette smoke - it was located one floor above ash tray outside employee entrance, hotel personnel acted like part-time employees rather than hospitality professionals.”

• Room was quiet, even though close to highways. Pool was exceptionally nice. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, nice pillows!
• Mixed drinks were expensive, but that was only drawback.

“The hotel could be considered a 4 star plus. The location is great and easy to reach, the pool is good, the tavern is great, and the whole grounds are clean as is the room. Bed is very comfortable and no noise.”

“My business partner and I are allergic to cigarette smoke. We were on a non smoking floor but the room smelled really bad of smoke. The hotel was sold out so they could not accommodate. Even after ionizing the room it still smelled. Internet connection was also very slow unless you were in the lobby. Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful so that was a plus. Location was close food, gas and shops.”

• The lobby was very impressive.
• The room was not fancy or updated but very nice.

“When I arrived I was very impressed with the lobby area. The staff was very friendly and there was no waiting to check in a hour early. My room was very clean & nice. It was not fancy but very clean & fresh. The staff & security were great will stay here again if I can.”

• Everything I needed I had right there, no need to leave the hotel.
• The restaurant scraped the cheese off my food when I told them I am allergic.

“We had a fantastic experience here, friendly employees doing their best to make you comfortable. I was really disappointed in the restaurant when I went to dine in and ordered a salad without cheese because I am allergic and my salad came back with cheese on it. When I asked them to remake it, all they did was scrape the cheese off, leaving pieces throughout my food. I was really disappointed with their laziness!”

• The Sunday brunch.
• I expected the room to be nicer.

“The hotel has tons of things available right there to do. There is a large jewelry store, a restaurant (had dinner and brunch there, the food was very good, but pricy). The bed was comfortable. It is my opinion that the hotel spent all its money on the lobby, and such, the room was nice and was clean, but I expected something more from them that they were lacking.”

• The room was really lovely, except for the tobacco stink.
• Couldn't change to a nonsmoking room. The desk said too badly.

• While the property is old, the hotel is kept up to date.
• The only lounge was for smokers. We did not enjoy having to go there for drinks as a result.

“The hotel is clean, has a restaurant and a lounge but smoking is permitted in the lounge. This spoiled our experience for relaxing in the evening. The staff responded well if asked for some small service (like extra coffee packets). However, during hotel busy periods it was impossible to reach anyone on staff by phone.”

• The pool was a hit with the whole family.
• The whirlpool was out of order the second day of our two day visit.

“The Four Points hotel provides clean accommodations. It is a middle of the line hotel with some amenities including a pool, restaurant/ bar, mini shopping area, and business center.”

• No breakfast as a part of the stay and no coffee in the lobby.

“The one thing we worked around was that we purchased two rooms. My son and his wife have two five year olds. The hotel provided blankets so they could sleep on the floor. It all worked out and we had a great few days.”

• The Pool heater was broken, meaning we could not use the pool, which was an amenity that was important to us.

• Location was nice. Lots of stores close by. Twenty minutes from the city.
• No continental breakfast, no free coffee, no gift shop, no pretty view.

“If they offered a continental breakfast and coffee it would be nice. The said they had a view of the Countryside. It was really a view of the highways. There was also no stand with travel information, or local sites to see. I looked for information on local sites in the lobby, but nothing. Front desk had printouts from the internet that were not useful. We had to rely on the book that was in the room. The hotel restaurant was loaded with smoke, making it unattractive. The room was clean, the lobby was clean. The service they did not vacuum our room after we brought in our own breakfast and crumbed up the floor.”

• There were signs all over the room that it was not up to par with the lobby.

“Impressive lobby area, high end shopping, free internet for controlled length of time. Elevator was offensive with a loud buzz at each floor. Certain details of the room gave away the age obviously only a partial upgrade job done.”
