• Front desk service was absolutely awful!

“Overall the hotel was decent but I was told I needed to give them my credit card at check in for records purposes only and there would be no additional charges, there was a convenience holding that was pulled out that was not expecting that caused banking issues. Although it was returned the simple fact that I was not told about the hold upset me! I felt I was deceived when the service desk told me 'no additional charge'.”

“I was afraid for the low price that the hotel would be under construction (as has happened before). But it was surprisingly nice and well appointed. The location was also convenient. The only issue we had was the check in girl.”

• Nice breakfast in the morning and anti pasto in the evening.
• Fire alarm sounded 2 times in one week once 3:30 am and once 1:15 am, hotel was evacuated.

“Great Friendly service, clean, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast and a nice antipasto salad in the evening! But thumbs down because the fire alarm sounded 2 times in a week 3:30 am & 1:15 am both times the hotel was evacuated for 45 minutes and guests were standing out in the cold night many of us in not so warm clothes. The fire department said there was a faulty mechanism. Why the problem wasn't corrected after the first time puzzles me! To top it off when I complained for the second time, they did nothing to accomodate me but joked around about it! I don't care if they fix the problem now because I will never stay there again. Guess the jokes on them.”

“I arrived late evening (10:00pm) and was greeted by a smiling face and warm welcome. Directions to the local airport were clear and accurate too. Simple continental breakfast included hot cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. Great stay for the price.”

• The location was easy to find and the room was clean.
• The cracked sink in the bathroom was unsightly and probably had germs. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

• Parking was a problem.

“The breakfast for a hotel was pretty good and so was the pp&j that they offered late at night. The pool hours are great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The first night we got in we weren't in until 10:00 pm and we couldn't find a parking spot.”

• They advertised an airport shuttle, but it did not operate when we arrived. We had to take a cab for over $20.

“This was a very nice hotel. I appreciated the large room with a comfortable bed. It had wi fi, but as I got in late and was staying only one night I did not use it so I can not review it. I was a little disappointed in the check in as the two employees chatted while I stood there and waited a few minutes. The continental breakfast was very nice I just wish that is started before 6 a.m. As I had to leave within a few minutes of that to catch a flight. Very nice that they give you a newspaper.”

“I spent 3X as much for 1/3 the quality in NYC! Overall, great experience clean, comfortable, great cable excellent assistance from staff, and they picked me up at the Conrad Trail ways and then transported me to the Manchester Airport. I could not ask for anything better!”

• Mold growing in the bath tub, rude staff including the so-called Guest Services manager, no management available for problems.

“The hotel has the "nastiest" staff I have ever encountered in all of my traveling years. There was mold growing along the edge of bath tub and along the underside of the attached soap dishes. So much for their "we will make it right" slogan because to me it is basically "false advertising." We have had a major problem getting our money back because we had to leave due to health problems I have and the mold will cause serious respiratory problems. Do yourself a favor---stay away from this place!”
