• Pretty lobby, good room service.
• Room was not clean.

“While the bedding and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the bed area was stained and when I moved the recliner there was a half full water bottle and a beer bottle cap behind it, along with paint chips that had flaked off the heater. Clearly it had not been moved or vacuumed in a long time. The common areas of the building were clean. I did order room service and the food was good.”

• Good location -clean large room.
• Virtually no sound insulation.

“There was 2 weddings going until 1 am and several of the wedding guests partying in the room next to us. Security made them leave their room after I complained at 1:30 in the morning. What hotel lets a wedding with live music go until 1 in the morning? I got 4 hrs of sleep only to be woken up by room service delivering to the wedding guests next door at 6:00 am (it sounded as if the were actually in my room)We could actually hear theme urinating in the bathroom.”

• Very clean and up to date.
• Somewhat hard to find from the direction we approached.

“This hotel is located in downtown Manchester less than ten minutes from the Manchester regional airport. It is very clean and up to date and ideal for someone doing business in or traveling out of the Manchester area. There is an eight-dollar/night parking charge, and it is somewhat hard to spot while traveling on Hanover Street.”

• Outstanding service.

“This Hotel is located in the Center of Manchester, you can drive to many coutryside attractions, golf and more, we had a view of Fireworks from the 6th floor, the pool is well kept and has a nice sun deck. Internet is free and when it did not connect the service had it up and running in a few minutes.”

• The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Restaurant was reasonably priced.
• Indoor pool was nice, just wish it was heated. It was too cold for our kids to swim in.

“We enjoyed our stay. Even though there was a large group of young children and teens staying in the hotel at the same time, we did not hear them at all. The rooms were quiet and the restaurant we had dinner in, offered a nice selection good prices.”

• My luggage didn't arrive at the airport and I checked in about 11 PM. They opened the gift shop so I could get a sleep shirt!
• No complimentary breakfast.

“I loved the sleep number bed in the room. The staff was so nice especially in dealing with my lost luggage. My luggage was found and brought to my room around 4:30 a.m. I asked that they bring it up anytime it arrives.”

• Cleanliness, space in room, wireless access, 24 hour shuttle service to airport and sleep number bed.
• There was a prom going on which you could hear after 11pm.

• Only one creamer and sugar in each coffee packet.

“The room was great; nicer than I expected. I had a king-size sleep number bed with luxury linens and tons of pillows. There was an air chair with footrest to relax in and also a table with a comfortable desk chair. A large TV was also present. There was a coffeepot in the bathroom, allowing me to relax in the room before having to go out and face the world! The bathroom was ample in size and included all the usual toiletries. I don't know much about rest of the hotel because I was only there for about 12 hours, but all in all I had a great trip.”

• We rec'd a room upgrade upon arrival.
• Paid parking although discounted was a disappointment.

“We have stayed at this hotel previously and love the location. In the past dinner at JD's tavern and brunch at the hotel restaurant were quite good, however, this trip both were a disappointment. Will chose other dining options next time. Otherwise will happily stay here again.”

“Located on the main street (Elm) in Manchester, this Radisson provides easy access to the convention center, sporting events and Downtown Manchester. It is located across from a pleasant Veterans Park and some rooms have the 'Sleep Number' styles beds. These are the rooms which have apparently been remodeled as well.”

• Smoke inundated room and hall, service horrendous.

“When I arrived I was immediately informed that I would be in a smoking room on an all smoking floor. I asked to be moved out into a non smoking room and the clerk told me that the place was booked. He had no response, offered nothing whatsoever in terms of a reimbursement or even a free meal or anything whatsoever, I would have gladly taken a reimbursement and stayed at a holiday inn where I would never have been treated this badly. The room was even worse then I suspected. The smoke chocked me so much that I stayed by the pool most of the night. I awoke with a hacking cough. I generally don't mind a moderate amount of smoke. But there was absolutely no ventilation and the window didn't even open. It took about 48 hours for my lungs to clear. They're lucky I haven't called osha yet. Complete and utter nightmare. Go anywhere else.”

“Have stayed at the Radisson several times and always been satisfied. This time there was a terrible smell in the assigned room, but the desk staff was quick to assign us another room and go out of their way to be helpful and even remember our names.”

• Nothing positive came out of out stay. Extremely disappointed!
• I was stuck with a smoking room. When asked to change, my request was denied.

“My wife and I were very displeased with our stay. We were stuck with a smoking room. We asked to change and they denied our request. They were not very accommodating. They are not very customer friendly and didn't work to solve our problem.”

“Was very pleased initially, but the sleep number bed was defective. When notified the staff, they remarked that the bed in our room "short circuits" and flips the settings. Consequently, we had a most uncomfortable nights stay without any sincere solutions from the staff.”

“The hotel was empty due to Labor Day. We were put in a room. With a view of the roof of the swimming pool. When we requested another room, we were put l fl. Higher with a view of a roof of the lower section of the hotel. There were very few guests during the 2 nights we were there and numerous rooms were empty. This was confirmed by some of the hotel staff. The mgr. of the front desk kept me waiting 7 min. Before giving me the second room with an equally poor view. The remainder of the staff from the bell person, to the waitresses in the restaurant to the maids, was most helpful and friendly.”

• The hotel was spacious and beautifully appointed.
• The only restaurant open in the evening was a pub which I was uncomfortable taking my sixteen year old daughter to.

“We arrived exhausted and we treated beautifully by the staff. The front desk staff printed off boarding passes for our early next morning flight at no charge. Although the only restaurant open was a pub which was jam-packed due to a concert across the street, room service was speedy and the food was good. The airport shuttle at 5:30 a.m. was prompt and the staff pleasant.”

• Dirty hotel room, especially bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable.

“Appropriate for a one night stay, convenient shuttle service from/to airport. Noisy neighbors (family of 5 put next door, although hotel seemed pretty empty) and poor housekeeping (nasty brown streaks on outside of toilet bowl, etc) sort of biased us against this hotel, which was generally fine. Restaurant was good, and service was excellent.”

“Friendly check-in staff apologetically stated they only had double-bed rooms. No problem at all for me. The room was very comfortable upon entering it. The bed was comfortable, the HVAC controls worked very well, there was a free newspaper available, check out was a breeze. The hotel was perfect.”

• I have fibromyalgia, the bed comfort is extremely important to me; this sleep number bed was awesome.
• Room service order was expensive and they forgot certain items I had ordered.

“This hotel met my expectations and the room exceeded my expectations, I was traveling with my young daughter and the comfort of the rooms and the quietness is what we desired after a long flight. The room had all of the small amentias that you need when traveling. The sleep number beds were extremely comfortable and got us started early the next morning feeling well rested, I would definably book a room here again.”

• I liked the restaurant.
• We were locked out of our room for some unknown reason and had to wait a long time for the door to be opened. The key would not work.

“I do not like the parking situation which required a long walk to the hotel. The incident where I was locked out of my room and had to wait an extended period to get in after a long and exhausting day did not make me happy, to say the least! The rooms are nice and the dining room is nice. The locked room incident has, unfortunately, colored my whole impression of the hotel in an unfavorable way.”
