“Decent hotel for price I paid. Comfortable bed. Just a stop-over, so didn't have time to tour the area or use the facilities.”

• Close to airport, free parking.
• Need more restaurant workers.

“We stayed only one night. Location great for being near airport in Manchester. Room was nice, television great. Restaurant was so short staffed that it took 20 minutes to get a menu and we had to get it ourselves!”

• The hotel had a nice casual restaurant and a movie theatre next door.
• This was an old Sheraton and it showed it's age.

“This hotel is located near a large mall, outlet shops and restaurants. A movie theatre is next door. Location is good if you are looking for busy, not peaceful. The indoor pool was nice, the bed was comfortable. The walls and carpet in the common areas were dirty. The room looked cleaner but since I was turned off by the common areas, I was not 100 percent comfortable with the room either.”

• Was clean, comfortable beds, quiet.
• They tried to put us in a smoking room on the 4th floor, these were the cheapest rooms.

“They did put us in a non-smoking room on the first floor after we objected. Was clean comfortable small room, great flat screen TV with HD cable.”

• Clean, modern room.
• Pool was closed for maintenance.

“Overall the hotel is very nice and it would have been a good deal for the price we got. However, pool was closed for maintenance. Part of the reason for our hotel stay is to have my autistic 4-yr old son get to use the pool, and we couldn't. Staff went out of their way to help us try to swim at the local YMCA, but overall it was a difficult issue.”

• The LCD television and very comfortable beds.
• Small bathrooms, no closets.

“Everything you would need for the business traveler. Newly updated hotel with some unusual and unfortunate upgrades. There was no closet. But the beds and bedding were wonderful and the LCD TVs were great.”

• Spaciousness of room and ease of directions.
• Requested non-smoking and got stuck in a smoking room.

“Overall, I was happy with the quality of the hotel. I would have been much more comfortable and happy if I could have had a non-smoking room, because the smoking floor stunk, and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.”

• Room looked unfinished; one counter was painted OSB. Lobby was small and dirty. Distinct lack of artwork.

• Pool was not available, no refrigerator.

“The Sheraton 4 Point Manchester, NH, was comfortable and attractive. It was in the process of being renovated. The new look was modern and clean. It was well located and well appointed. I especially liked the free internet. It was nice to open the laptop and be on the web. I was surprised that they did not include a refrigerator given the other thoughtful amenities.”

• Pool was not clean and in slight disrepair.

“Hotel is in process of room upgrades that make it considerably more attractive, but location, pool facilities, and staff prevents it from getting an "upscale" 3 star rating from me. Excellent for a short stay and convenient to the airport. Good business class hotel.”

“Very nice hotel room, except bathtub did not drain properly, which I did not mind since we were not staying long. Hair dryer available along with free toiletries. No complimentary continental breakfast, but it was a nice hotel.”

• It was near dunking donuts.
• Walls were paper thin!

“I could not recommend this hotel to friends. I understood that it was under construction and the rooms were nice, but the wall is paper thin and I could here everything around me. I had to move twice, once because of people being to loud next door, the second because of the room smelling of paint, and almost a third due to a TV being on next door.”

• Under renovations. Room not finished. Strong new carpet smell!

“This hotel is under renovation. Room, halls, common areas not complete. Room had very, very strong smell of new carpet (chemicals). No floor/wall trims up. No rod in closet area. I don't feel that, the hotel was worth the money. It should not have been offered as a choice. We were quite disappointed.”

“I can tell it's in transition so where it's at is not where it will be. The lobby was under renovation so I saw bare walls, no flooring, etc. but the fireplace facia was up and looked nice. I'm sure it's going to be much nicer once done!”

• Shuttle to airport.
• Dirty, unexpected parking fee, leaking roof.

“This hotel is in rough shape. The room was a bit dirty and very "used". Bedding was decent, though, and the TV was an awesome wide screen HDTV LCD. One lady on our shuttle van had her luggage soaked by rain due to a leaky roof. Staff said that the property is quite old and is schedule for a major renovation soon. The only other unexpected , mildly negative, thing about our stay was that a lady at the desk told the guy checking us in to charge us for parking. I wasn't expecting this (based on prior reviews), but it was only a flat $20 for the length of our trip. Definitely not a 3 star!”

• They had my reservation ready and room assigned at arrival.
• I really have noting negative to report.

• Clean, offers a pool and small fitness room.
• The wireless connection was out for most of my stay.

“I was expecting something more impressive as a 3 star hotel. I stayed at two Marriott in town before and found them more enjoyable -- at least breakfast was included there! The atmosphere is slightly nicer than 2-stars in the area, but I wouldn't spend the extra money for it.”

• Non Helping Staff, asked nonsmoking room but were offered smoking, after several req we were given a non smoking room

“Non Helping Staff, asked nonsmoking room but were offered smoking, after several req we were given a non smoking room. Hotel Bar was ok, pool was ok, 1st room offered was a smoking room it stank of smoke, upon repeated requests we were finally given a non smoking room. Bathroom toilet got clogged in the morning. Overall I would give it a 4 out 10.”
