• The staff was great! Room fit our needs perfectly!

“The staff was great, especially Tess! Breakfast had a good variety for all diets. Room as very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Will recomment this hotel to anyone!”

• Very good hot breakfast.
• Tough to move luggage carts through the hall to the elevator.

“Very nice, clean, modern room and the rest of hotel. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.”

• We liked the clean rooms & we were able to get a room with 2 br & 2 baths.
• We didn't like the pool area (pool & hot-tub too small). Plus the hours were only until 10 pm (limited). The hotel did not have it's own bar & grill.

“Overall service, location, appearance, cleanliness & room-size was exceptional. However, pool & hot tub were too small & need own bar & grill.”

• Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.
• Floor plan for access to elevators was awkward for moving luggage & an elevator broke down.

“Good hotel, I would recommend the hotel based on cleanliness, the sweet package provided extra room and it was a good value.”

• Having 2 TV's and a separate bedroom. Dishes supplied.
• Little inconvenient to navigate the long frontage road to hotel.

“We decided to come back to this hotel after our first stay. Having the light meals at night and the great breakfast in the morning allow us to spend a little more for a hotel than we usually do. Front desk people were very helpful. Your gal that works breakfast does a great job.”

• The breakfast was awesome and the atmosphere homey.
• One bedroom suite and restroom located in bedroom area inconvenient with infant which was along.

“A very nice place to stay, if in the area again would stay at this same hotel. Shuttle to MOA was a plus and operated smoothly.”

• Overall, was very pleased with the hotel.
• A couple of the staff was quite rude.

“The room was fantastic. Great opinion in a great location. Overall, impressed with the whole transaction but definitely not impressed with a couple of the employees working at the front desk rather rude, unprofessional behavior received from the employee. Need to hire new employees. Did not make my stay with them enjoyable!”

• Great hot breakfast, great sized rooms.

“Hotel staff was very knowledgeable. Had a great room that was very comfortable. The beds were great, I really had a good nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The waffles and all the trimmings were an added treat.”

• Rooms were clean and well-appointed.
• No cleaning was received during our two days. That is a big minus!

“For the price I paid, I had a nice, clean, well-appointed hotel room. The layout was nice. Although I didn't use the kitchenette it was a great feature. The public areas were clean and welcoming. The continental breakfast was better than many hotels that include "free" breakfast. Please change sheets more than once a week!”

• My Belgian waffle was made just for me by someone else & it was delicious!
• 1 of the 2 computers for guest use was out of service, the other was busy.

“This was our first visit to a stay bridge suite and we were very impressed with our room and the hotel personnel. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. The couch was comfy and there was adequate lighting to read anywhere in the room. We were especially impressed with the breakfast buffet. The server who was taking care of the food items was very helpful and the breakfast items were all fresh and appealing.”

• Good space and nice amenities. Breakfast was great!
• Tough to access without knowledge of the area, curtains should pull completely.

“Our night stay was to allow us a full day of access to the Mall of America, but still have a quiet place to sleep. The hotel more than accomplished our purpose. The suite allowed all of us to have some privacy and ability to have separate space. The pool area was nice and the breakfast served was wonderful. This was a very nice hotel for the price and location.”

“Though not right by the airport and Mall of America, it is just a 10-minute drive. We do enjoy the breakfast choices and the friendly service.”
