• The front desk were very cordial, but could not help us.

“The hotel was satisfactory, if the smoking does not bother you. I had my grandchildren with me and they wanted to swim.”

• Nice lobby.
• Had handicap room, low counters, and
  weird bathtub.

“I am sure had we been given a normal room, it would have been fine, but we had a handicap room with a bench in the shower. I would hope that they reserve those rooms to someone that really needed them. This is not the first time that I have been given a handicap room with priceline. I will speak up next time so that I am given a room that is fitted for us.”

• It was just very nice and beautiful, complete comfort, like an apartment -- our own world!
• We needed more towels and wash cloths the last morning we were there but housekeeping had never came from the second day of our stay.

“We loved it! It was very nice and really attractive. Probably one of the best Inns I had ever stayed in. It had everything a person would ever need, including an on location clothes washer and dryer. It had everything we could have imagined and more! Next time we're in Louisville, we will more than likely stay there again!”

• Convenient location for our purposes.
• Policy of having to ask for weekend light cleaning by 6pm on Friday. Is just wrong! We checked in after 6, so we got no cleaning on the weekend.

“As stated above, cleaning is a real issue! I thought the rates were on the high side for mid-week when we got only light cleaning. But the rates were especially high with respect to the weekend, considering that we not able to get even light cleaning. A real turn off. Otherwise, a nice facility.”

• My room was set up like an apartment and that made my fit in well with the type of traveling I do.
• Water pressure was a little weak.

“This is a fine little hotel. While you don't get the amenities of a four or five star hotel, you do get a quiet clean and comfortable room and a very friendly staff. I look forward to staying there again.”

• New, good breakfast, clean and convenient to conference.
• We did not have any hot water for a shower one morning.

• I especially like the bedroom closed off from the sitting area and 2 TVs. The bed was very comfortable and they let me have a 2 hour extended check out.
• Continental breakfast was just ok.
