“The hotel was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcome in their hotel. I will recommend the hotel to all of my friends, family and even my enemies as long as we are not planning a trip for the same weekend.”

“The Sheraton had a nice and posh feel to it. The Lobby has impeccable architecture and a classical decor. I had a problem with the pillows and pillowcase cleanliness.”

“The rooms were very nice, the staff was very courteous. The beds were very comfortable. The only things that were disappointing is that the sauna was not very hot and one of my room keys didn't work and I had to go for help after coming back from the pool. Other than that, it was great.”

“We got a really great deal at the Sheraton Bloomington. The location and service was great. However, only 1 of the 2 room keys worked and we must have been on a floor with a high school team. The students were noisy until 11 PM. But other then that, the stay was great. I”

“This was an excellent value. The hotel was comfortable, full of amenities, and very well taken care of. The only problem, one that has been there forever, is that it has an awkward access road.”

“The Sheraton was great! We didn't have time to check out all that it had to offer. It was convenient to the mall and the dome--great location! Their breakfast buffet should be offered at a discount to hotel guests. We ended up with a complimentary buffet because of a room mix-up, but had we not received that, we probably would have eaten elsewhere. I thought $12 was a little spendy.”

“You couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The bed was not your regular motel bed. It felt like you were sleeping on your own bed and the pillows were great. The room was very clean and there was everything there that you could wish for. The staff was very helpful, courteous and polite.”

“My experience was great. hotel was 1st class. The only situation is that there is no ventilation, even in the bathroom, You could not open any windows as this was a smoking room given me. It did smell of smoke. When they cleaned they could have at least sprayed room.”

“Sheraton Bloomington is a great place to stay. Had a king-size bed on the 10th floor. Softest hotel bed I have ever slept in! Didn't have time to check out many amenities but the room was really nice.”

“I was kind of upset that when I got my bill that they charged me $2 for every time I used my calling card. After searching around the room, I finally found where it listed the charge. It wasn't an easy find. They should really make that charge more easily noticeable.”

“I was very pleased with the Sheraton Bloomington hotel in every way. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable with the down comforter, pillows plentiful and great for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were clean and also the right temperature. I REALLY liked the price.”

“The hotel was very hard to find, partly due to construction. It was not located as close to the area I planned to visit. The hotel shuttle took us to the mall, but did not return as the schedule indicated; after waiting over 2 hours, I called the hotel and they agreed to pay for a taxi. I was satisfied with the hotel at the price I paid, but if I had paid their regular rates, I would have been disappointed. All in all, it was a good week-end and I appreciate your help in finding a place to stay. I would definitely use your services again.”
