“The hotel was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcome in their hotel. I will recommend the hotel to all of my friends, family and even my enemies as long as we are not planning a trip for the same weekend.” Oct 14, 2004 by
“The Sheraton had a nice and posh feel to it. The Lobby has impeccable architecture and a classical decor. I had a problem with the pillows and pillowcase cleanliness.” Oct 14, 2004 by
“The Sheraton was very well located for mall of America. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. Very nice” Oct 13, 2004 by
“I was really lucky because the hotel I bid was also the hotel that my convention happened to be at! It worked out awesome for me. Thanks!!!” Oct 13, 2004 by
“The rooms were very nice, the staff was very courteous. The beds were very comfortable. The only things that were disappointing is that the sauna was not very hot and one of my room keys didn't work and I had to go for help after coming back from the pool. Other than that, it was great.” Oct 13, 2004 by
“Very nice accommodations and staff was very concerned about any needs that we may have had. Thank you.” Oct 13, 2004 by
“We got a really great deal at the Sheraton Bloomington. The location and service was great. However, only 1 of the 2 room keys worked and we must have been on a floor with a high school team. The students were noisy until 11 PM. But other then that, the stay was great. I” Oct 13, 2004 by
“This was an excellent value. The hotel was comfortable, full of amenities, and very well taken care of. The only problem, one that has been there forever, is that it has an awkward access road.” Oct 6, 2004 by
Jackie J. from Littlefork “I was amazed as we drove up to our hotel and walked into the entrance. I couldn't have been more pleased. I need to remember to stay at my lodging for more than the nights I have planned, just so I can enjoy the hotel. I loved my stay!” Oct 6, 2004 by
John P. from Moose Lake “Great beds, good service. Very satisfied.” Oct 2, 2004 by
Jaspal A. from Aurora, IL “Local phone services charges were high. No high-speed internet service in the room.” Oct 1, 2004 by
Jennifer S. from Sioux Falls “Friendly, helpful staff. Nice workout facility & pool area. Clean and comfortable room.” Oct 1, 2004 by
Christy M. from Hankinson “The Sheraton was great! We didn't have time to check out all that it had to offer. It was convenient to the mall and the dome--great location! Their breakfast buffet should be offered at a discount to hotel guests. We ended up with a complimentary buffet because of a room mix-up, but had we not received that, we probably would have eaten elsewhere. I thought $12 was a little spendy.” Sep 30, 2004 by
Jim J. from Sioux Falls, SD “The room had a very nice up to date decor. Very comfortable beds and awesome pillows.” Sep 30, 2004 by
Darrell N. from Canton, SD “You couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The bed was not your regular motel bed. It felt like you were sleeping on your own bed and the pillows were great. The room was very clean and there was everything there that you could wish for. The staff was very helpful, courteous and polite.” Sep 30, 2004 by
Janice P. from Waukesha, WI “My experience was great. hotel was 1st class. The only situation is that there is no ventilation, even in the bathroom, You could not open any windows as this was a smoking room given me. It did smell of smoke. When they cleaned they could have at least sprayed room.” Sep 29, 2004 by
Robert A. from Schwenksville, PA “We were put in an older area of the hotel that definitely did not live up to the rating.” Sep 29, 2004 by
Donia G. from West Fargo, ND “The Sheraton Bloomington is a nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. We had everything we needed or wanted at our finger tips.” Sep 29, 2004 by
Sandra B. from Cohasset, MN “The hotel was wonderful except for the food container we found under the bed. The best thing was having the local newspaper delivered every morning--even Sunday!” Sep 28, 2004 by
Debora P. from Stoughton “Sheraton Bloomington is a great place to stay. Had a king-size bed on the 10th floor. Softest hotel bed I have ever slept in! Didn't have time to check out many amenities but the room was really nice.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 24, 2004 by
Warren G. from Brainerd “I was kind of upset that when I got my bill that they charged me $2 for every time I used my calling card. After searching around the room, I finally found where it listed the charge. It wasn't an easy find. They should really make that charge more easily noticeable.” Sep 22, 2004 by

Paulette S. from Grand Forks “I was very pleased with the Sheraton Bloomington hotel in every way. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable with the down comforter, pillows plentiful and great for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were clean and also the right temperature. I REALLY liked the price.” Sep 10, 2004 by

Melanie M. from Omaha “The hotel was very hard to find, partly due to construction. It was not located as close to the area I planned to visit. The hotel shuttle took us to the mall, but did not return as the schedule indicated; after waiting over 2 hours, I called the hotel and they agreed to pay for a taxi. I was satisfied with the hotel at the price I paid, but if I had paid their regular rates, I would have been disappointed. All in all, it was a good week-end and I appreciate your help in finding a place to stay. I would definitely use your services again.” Sep 8, 2004 by
