• The staff was excellent and very accommodating.
• The hotel is becoming run-down. However, those public areas such as the lobby and restaurant are very nice.

“The hotel overall is nice however it is nothing special. The public areas look great but the room needs to be remodeled. The bed was very comfortable but the room has peeling wallpaper and stained carpet. It needs a little TLC.”

• Convenience.
• It has gotten shabby.

“Hotel is not what it was once. I think they are still serving the same breakfast food from a few years ago when I last stayed there. The hotel has gotten shabby and run down. It needs to spruce up.
