“We had booked the tower suite and here is what we disliked. They had overbooked and made us wait for about 1 hr, even though we had driven about 7 hrs ( from Florida back to Houston) to get there on-time. The front desk people are utterly rude and the guy asks me to come after 1 hr without even apologizing. The black dude and his staff need some training very badly onto how they should talk to people. We enter our rooms finally and what do you know-the Jacuzzi had a big stain, the commode was not cleaned at all. I don't normally bad mouth a place, but this was the worst of the kind.” Aug 2, 2006 by
Travis from North Richland Hills, TX
“I travel 40 to 50 nights a year on business. The hotel room I was assigned here was excellent. The Jacuzzi in the room was great, plus I enjoyed having 3 TV's in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was VERY clean. The hotel itself needs a little updating on the inside.” Jul 18, 2006 by
Saundra from Abilene, TX
“We loved the fact the casino was down stairs!!! We loved the location of the hotel. However for the money we spent on the stay the room should've been mold free!!!!” Jul 16, 2006 by
Jason from Madison, MS
“Overall atmosphere was very friendly and inviting, the staff was courteous, the rooms were quite spacious and clean and reasonably priced compared to the others in the area. Location is very decent and centrally located within many of the area attractions.” Jun 28, 2006 by
Brandon &. from Wichita Falls, TX
“The only good thing I/we can say about this hotel was the rooms were fairly nice. Other than that it was not very pleasant.” Jun 21, 2006 by
Marcus from Nacogdoches, TX
“It was like taking a vacation to the Caribbean. The food is kind of expensive, but there were plenty of free drinks in the casino! I just turned 21, so I was blown away. There were 3 TV's, a whirlpool, but dare not loose a towel. The desk help was rude, often the food was terrible. I suppose the only part I'll actually go back to see is the casino! Wheel of Fortune all the way. You'll enjoy it, just don't expect too much. It isn't the Golden Nugget in Vegas, but a simple taste of the Caribbean” May 24, 2006 by
Cyndi from Mcalester, OK
“The hotel was an excellent choice. I especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. It was convenient to the casino without having to leave either to get to the other. With all rooms being suite's, you can't get a better deal. The wonderful room made leaving a little money at the casino not so painful!!!!!! Thanks for the weekend!” May 23, 2006 by

“False fire alarms and loud band music kept me awake. Parking was a nightmare.” Feb 9, 2006 by

“The hotel serves for many different purposes. It is very family oriented and could also be romantic at the same time. It is located right off the interstate and very convenient to get to.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
