• Staff was wonderful.
• Small rooms.

• 24 hour hot tub and pool!
• Nothing.

“I usually stay at hotels in this price range, such as Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard etc. Generally, they are all clean and comfortable. This one stands out as making an extra effort to please the customer. Not only are the facilities spotless and the staff friendly and helpful, but the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours. It has always been a source of frustration to be unable to use these amenities during the late hours I often arrive at hotels. This particular Holiday Inn Express seems to be striving to go beyond expectation and deserves credit for starting my family's Yellowstone adventure off on a positive note!”

“The staff was very accommodating. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning.”

• Accessibility to Interstate 25.
• The elevator is poorly located in the rear of the building.

“This hotel was neat, staff friendly, breakfast good. The only negative is that the elevator is located in the rear wing of the hotel and was inconvenient to those accommodated in the front wing.”

• Friendliest hotel I've stayed at.
• It was overpriced.

“Very friendly. Attentive service. Had to stay here because I was traveling with a pet and they were the only ones that were pet-friendly While the hotel was nice, it was over-priced for what we paid.”
