• Nothing.
• Smelled like there were 20 chain smokers everywhere.

“We had to sleep with the windows open and still couldn't stand it, my luggage and clothes came home smelling like a chain smoker.”

• The location was perfect, and the price was good for what I got.
• The staff could have been more friendly.

• The facilities were very good.

“Just after we got to bed around midnight, the person or persons in the room above us arrived. You could hear loudly every footstep from above, including at 4AM and 6AM. I do not believe that this was due to their callousness, but rather that there is inadequate insulation between the floors. For this reason, and this reason only, I cannot recommend this hotel, unless the top floor is available.”

• The location is very convenient and in a very quiet and safe area between DC and Baltimore.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“The hotel is conveniently located between DC and Baltimore and easy to find. The area is safe and I felt comfortable, even when riding my road bike for exercise. The staff is fantastic and the free breakfast is way beyond expectation. We were here three nights and it is a great place to stay.”

• Decor and cleanliness for price; great value.
• Only one elevator, which was slow.

“Was impressed with the quality of the entrance/lobby/public space and room decor--looked like a much more expensive hotel. Woman at front desk was very efficient checking us in and helpful in recommending restaurant options despite the late hour of our arrival.”
