• Close to Hershey park and Giant arena.
• Maid did not clean room at all.

“We were disturbed that we did not have maid service at all. The beds were not made, clean towels were not provided and the trash cans were not emptied. They claimed it was because a privacy sign was displayed but that was not the case. It was unpleasant to come back to a room that was not made up.”

• The friendly staff.
• Pool indoor, but it was only warm to cool.

“Nice place to stay in the Hershey area. Convenient to attractions. Great for families because of pool and breakfast. Breakfast was good. Nice variety of items and the coffee was hot! The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was cool. Heater may have been broken
because it was closed the next a.m. We'll stay there again next time we're at Hershey.”

• Refrigerator ans microwave in room. Helps when you have kids.

  I called front desk. Had to go down.

• Close to attractions, clean, would stay again.
• Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 older children.

“Room was convenient to visiting area. The hotel was clean and staff was accommodating. Hearty self serve breakfast was included in price. Hotel overall was fairly new and very well kept. I would stay there again.”

• We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
• The continental breakfast was very good but very crowded.

“The hotel was easy to find and very close to Hershey attractions. We were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the room, also that it had a mini-fridge and microwave was very convenient for a family with children. The staff was friendly. The free continental breakfast was good, better than ones I've had before. I would just recommend going early, soon after it opens, because we went a little later and it was mobbed with people. There was no line for the buffet style set-up, people were crowded everywhere and it was difficult to get what you wanted. I would definitely recommend it for a 1 or 2 night stay, but anything longer I would suggest looking into more of a resort style hotel, especially if you have a family.”

• I liked the cleanliness and friendly staff.
• The free breakfast wasn't the best.

“Overall, this was a great place to stay. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. Hotel had coffee available in the dining facility 24 hours a day.”

• The free breakfast buffet was very good.
• The swimming pool was very small.

“Overall I would recommend this hotel because of it's close proximity to Hershey Park and to restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations and pharmacy.”

• Continental breakfast, pool, game room, cleanliness, reasonable.
• Waiting for elevator while housekeeping was using it. Not too big of deal.

“Very reasonable, fair, and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to other people and would stay there again.”

• The indoor pool, Jacuzzi and free stuffed Hershey kiss for the kids was a nice surprise.
• The indoor pool had way too much chlorine. So much so that my husband and a couple of other children threw up.

“The hotel was better than I expected. We stayed off season and were able to get our room for $100.00/night. Not bad for a nice hotel, with indoor pool and free breakfast. And the hotel was only 3 miles to Hershey Park!”

• Hotel location was very convenient to amenities.
• Elevator was broken; our floor was on the 3rd level.

• We loved the indoor pool and spa.
• Arrived and was given wrong room than what I had paid for.

“I had paid for a double bed room which was supposed to be smoking. We were initially given a handicapped room with one bed and offered an additional roll away cot. the person we spoke with first stated " we do not have any more rooms available to switch you with". We spoke with another attendant there and after initially being told that they did not have any more rooms to switch us with, magically there was a nonsmoking double bed room available. Overall the hotel is very nice but the initial checking in was not good for us, there was another man there that had room problems as well.”

• Pool, game room and continental breakfast.
• New paint or new carpet smell in room was very, very strong. Could not ventilate. No bathroom fan.

“This hotel was great and trying to improve with renovations, but the room smelled so strong that it would burn your eyes after a lengthy amount of time. No fan in bathroom to ventilate the new smell out.”

• The indoor was extremely small for the e amount of children at the hotel.

“Great location. Not extremely expensive. The pool could have been a little bigger.”
