• New and clean.
• Needs visible security guard in parking lot at night.

“New, clean, nice rooms. Breakfast was ok, but the waffles were growing mold and the eggs were very dry (powdered). Nice staff and great location if driving from Florida to the Northeast.”

• The room was really clean.
• The staff.

“The front desk clerks, not friendly or helpful. I received a queen size bed, when I asked to see if they had a king size bed available. Not only did she not check she was also rude. It really made us feel unwelcome, like we were bothering her. I guess you are not allowed to ask when you pay so little for the room.”

• I enjoyed the cleanliness, cooperation of staff, the breakfast and the comfort of the bed; although we had to sleep four to a King size.
• I did not like the bed because we were expecting double beds and got one king size for four children. I was disappointed with that discussion.

• Very nice front desk person, scrambled eggs in am.
• Not one complaint

“Loved the markings on the pillow cases as to firm, soft, etc. Overall great overnight, had everything I wanted plus allowed smoking rooms”

• The refrigerator and microwave in the room and wireless service.
• Furniture was worn, desk chair was terribly worn, down to bare wood on arms, looked like we were in Econolodge or worse.

“Hotel is hard to see because it is hidden by a Hampton Inn in front of it. It is a little dirty and furniture is old and worn. Walls have large patched areas, bathroom was very small. We would not go back there.”

• The hotel is very clean and the room is very spacious.
• The pipes need to be changed (they made some loud sounds).

“Great hotel to sleep over if you travel far distances. We did not eat out, so I am not sure about any good places to eat.”

• Convenient, affordable, clean, comfortable, walk to nearest happy hour.
• No pool.

“The Holiday Inn Express at Dunn, N.C. has been our stop for a number of years. We know it will be clean and comfortable and they offer a free breakfast buffet for their customers. They have to be sharp because of the increasing competition from other hotel chains. It seems Dunn is becoming a favorite stopover for North and Southbound travelers.”

• The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
• The slamming of doors when my family and I tried to sleep.

“The hotel was very clean and appealing, I would stay there again if the need arises. Biggest problem was having a room located near the second floor exit door because my family and I could hear everyone coming and leaving throughout the night. If I stay again I will request a room that is located farther down the hall so that I may get a peaceful night's rest.”
