• Accomadations were very nice and comfortable.
• The pool was too small.

• Clean, spacious rooms, convenient location, great value for money.
• None.

“Reserved a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite for a 3 day weekend. Suite was spotless, king bed in one bedroom and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. TV's in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen with full size refrigerator. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for both short and extended stays, will stay again the next time we're in Charlotte.”

• The room layout was nice and the breakfast buffet was great.
• We reserved a King room and got a Queen.

“Our room was clean and had everything we might need. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially liked that they had a movie library that you could check out DVDs from for free, to take back to your room. It was really close to Carowinds and we had a great time.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations! I will definitely recommend to friends. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty! I will always try to stay in stay bridge suites when I travel!”

• Lovely bedding, very quiet, efficient valet parking.
• Terrible awful room service-bad food, extremely high prices.

“This is our favorite hotel in Seattle. Lovely beds and bedding, extremely clean, very quiet, and since the 2 towers are round, nearly all rooms have a view of beautiful Seattle. Do not order room service - terrible and very expensive. Otherwise, we love it.”

• I liked the attention to detail we received.
• the equipment in the exercise room broke.

“This was the most delightful experience my family had the Staybrridge Suites Charlotte Arrowood. I was a little nervous at first never having stayed at an extended stay hotel. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Although the hotel was filled to capacity during the week we were there, we were treated as if we were the only guests. I will definitely make this a hotel I will stay at when I'm in Charlotte.”
