• Well appointed and situated for my needs.
• Disappointed no coffeemaker in rooms.

“Good for the business traveler, but not as customer focused for the leisure travelers without the amenities of a coffeemaker in the room. Also disappointed that there was no exercise room, even though they have alternate arrangements.”

• Complimentary wine in lobby; fabulous rest.
• Dover elevator betrays the place as another 2x4 constructed cheap building.

“Very nice room, furnishings. Complimentary wine and appetizers at happy hour in lobby ads to friendly staff. Restaurant is not to be missed. Very happy with hotel.”

• I love the free home cooked breakfast.
• The bedding/pillows not up to standard with the hotel.

“I really like the boutique atmosphere and quality and the size of the rooms. The bathrooms need updating as well as the air conditioning system, however overall I liked this hotel.”

• Friendly staff, welcoming lobby, upscale, delicious complimentary breakfast.
• Uncomfortable mattress; poor 'scratchy' bed linens.

“I was pleased with the appearance of the hotel, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was well-appointed and the bath was clean and accommodating with nice, thick towels. The mattress was very hard and the bed covers and sheets had a low thread count and were not comfortable. I expected better quality sheets in hotel that has turn down service. The robe was a welcoming touch. I also appreciated that our curtains were drawn when we came back to the room.”
